I agree with everything here but the last bit. Maiyan truly is a phenomenon. Asuka’s attitude isn’t a problem at all. She’s still the fandom favourite and top 3 with Maiyan and Erika so her ace title is fine as it is.

 

There is Sayanee whom I think can fit your description. But I will surely give Maiyan the edge for being dead gorgeous all the time.

 

dang...i forgot about sayanee at all. yes, she is much like maiyan except she is cute, not bijin type but with oppai to be proud off..haha

I really dig Maiyan’s mature look in the Cookpad show.

While you guys like to imagine her as a your young waifu cooking for you, I have this delusional thought of her being a single mom who often takes her three or four year old kid to the playground. There, she will meet a single dad who also has a same age kid. They will quickly develop a friendship which eventually blossoms into love.

I wish someone made a musou request based on this concept.

Shiraishi Mai will be the cover girl of Japanese fashion magazine sweet (2019 June), this issue will come with snidel makeup palettes, the magazine will be released on 11 May 2019.

 

When my flight was transitting in Hong Kong, I saw Maiyan covering Ray's magazine and I almost screamed right there. Ended up buying the magazine. (My favourite photo of her was when she covered Ray magazine, hair slightly wavy and disshelved, looking over her shoulder, and the colour theme was blue pink. She looked so soft)

When I finally got to go to Japan, I bought one of the Overture magz. She was in the first few pages with the most amount of page count. It was kind of like an anthology of all Overture photoshoots. There were Nogizaka, then Keyakizaka, Momoclo, some 48s, and some other idols. In that order. The quality of the photoshoots and the paper used gradually worsen by each changes of group. I am just happy I have Kotoko and Ayane side to side in that magz spread.
