I only saw it on my itouch this morning. Will have to wait til I get home to see more details. ;-; can't make much out of it. More than that it looks cool.
Even if it looks like a kpop teaser, I'm ok with it.

Btw, Yuka posted an entry yesterday and she said DiVA had their first public appearance yesterday at the handshake event in Saitama Super Arena, but I guess they haven't sung anything ;_;.
The wait is killing me >_<!!

From that video it looks to me like DIVA is becoming DiVA. (And from my poor Japanese skills I saw the word 新生 (rebirth) in the text). There's more than 4 people dancing in the video, I counted 10. I'm thinking they might turn into a dance/vocal group like I wanted!!!! Akimoto, Umeda, Masuda, and Miyazawa will be the front girls- who sing and dance, and the other members of DIVA will be the back-up dancers and maybe have some small lines in the chorus or sing as a group sometimes!? Now, if I'm right, who will the other 6 members be? I really hope Shii-chan is in there~~~!!!! OMG!!!! I'm all excited right now! I can't wait for more information to be released!!!! This is killing me!!!!

I think those are just backup dancers like Itano has for Dear J. I'm pretty sure the group will still only have Sayaka, Umeda, Yuka, and Sae, otherwise it wouldn't have said only them were in the group. Not to mention that subgroups usually only have girls from the same agencies.

The preview looks aweeeesome. I'm so excited.

Our bamboobranch was pointing out a while ago on twitter that among the video tags (one of which is "Twin Tower" lol XD), one reads 月の裏側 (Tsuki no uragawa, "The other side of the moon"). Could this be the title? *_______* *excited*
