NO NAME, the sub-unit of AKB members doing the voice acting for AKB0048, will release the anime's title song "Kibou ni tsuite" on August 1st. Also included on the single is the ending theme of the show, "Yume wa nando mo umarekawaru" and one additional song.

From what label is the single coming from?

 

It'll be on King Records.

 

I love how it says it's an AKB thing and then there's Kuumin.
(idk if any other members are from SKE but yeah you get the point)

 

Sawako is from SKE and Mita is out of NMB. "AKB" is the overall umbrella term here. [smoke]

 

Doesn't the title of the anime AKB0048 satisfy you?

The ending and opening are just soo good and a PV to Kibou ni Tsuite anime version too.

I dunno if I will preorder this or not though - I'll bet almost anything that Kinokuniya will be stocking this. XD They usually get AKB stuff and they usually get anime stuff... So yeah. There's no doubt in my mind that I could go over there and pick it up. lol

I'm just glad it'll be released. Yay. ^O^

 

Getting this, but Kibou ni Tsuite sounds pretty basic for an anisong opener. [sealed]

Love the ED theme though.

But yeah, I agree with you guys. The OP is a fantastic song. The ending...well it's not bad. But it doesn't match up with the opener.

 

I think the lyrics for the ED is among the best ones on the "idol" theme recently written by Aki-P.
