So Naachan have officially enters the 25 blocks realm! Previously I think only the top trio have 25 blocks ever! So this is a significant accomplishment for Nanasemaru! Looking at the chart of changes in blocks tho, the one member that have increased the most blocks is actually Manattan! I guess this indicate to us that Manattan continues to have momentum after two singles. Maimai also have momentum, selling out 9 blocks & ranking 5th in the latest available hs sale data & betting +2 blocks availability.

Kanarin, Misamisa, Yuttan, & Ashurin have blocks increased despite their sell-out being not necessarily rly spectacular in the latest data available. This might indicate that they are doing quite well in their other blocks too, but did not sell out in them. Same can be used to explain Kazumin keeping her current blocks amount, as she only sold 2 blocks compared to her other peers.

Sayunyan continues to have negative momentum it seems.. & the same is especially true with Renarin, which seems to have experienced the most straight-forward down slope in momentum among members. Seitan's number also dropped too, altho I nvr know she was that high to begin with. Most worrisome is Yukina's whereas she's not participating in the handshake event at all! With the new 2nd gen members added, Ngzk will likely have 47 members (excluding Annchan due to graduation.) Will she also graduate making the total counts 46? Yukina however did not participated in Seifuku no Mannequin too, so maybe she will remains.

Naachan have not only surpassed two of the top trio... she did so very decisively! A thing to note tho is that Nanamin & Sayurin did not experience a drop in block sold out, but rather, Naachan rose above them in spectacular fashion never seen before! Maiyan also sold out in twice the rate as last time, maybe due to her centering of this single. Manatan being able to sold out a block already with more block availability than last time also indicate she might be rising too, altho more observation will be needed.

The total block sold out is already more than twice the last single during for the same round too. If this is reflective of the next single's sale performance, Ngzk can look forward to the publishing week.

As expected, Maiyan tops the sold handshake slots. And Nanasemaru 12/25 handshake slots sold! So maybe we will see Nanasemaru as center in the 7th single?

Big Announcement! Usually, 5 individual handshake events are organized for each single release, with 5 maximum blocks each. You can see this visually in the graph I posted a post above. However.. a sixth individual handshake event is Announced! Furthermore, 2nd gen members will be partaking in the handshake event!

This will certain help the single's sales methink. It will be interesting to see what the 2nd gen can bring to the table too methink. I am still unsure of how this will be organized tho.

I read from some twitters that this 6th Single's title is "Girl's Rule". at the same time I read someone talking about bikini PV for this song, also in twitter, is it any reliable source about this? I think I will cancel my pre-orders if this happening cuz I will out from home for 3 months and I don't think I want my parents to received a package contained girls in bikini on the single front cover, sorry I lived in conservative family [smoke]

So the single Girl's Rule have been revealed & performed! As you can see above, the uniforms are white & simple, exactly like the pictures of the pv-shooting that have been circulated earlier. As for miruss87's question, so far rumours about the single being a bikini single are just speculations. Some are saying the mv shooting was around a pool, hence this rumours. There have been nothing concrete to indicate its a bikini single so far tho.

Additionally, there are some words on the song itself! Some fans whom heard the songs are saying it sounds like NMB's Nagichii, & gives them a NMB feel. Others are saying it gives them an AKB feel, with some describing it as sounding like Kachushaa too. Another describe it as sounding like Nagichii with dance like Kashushaa. Some even describe the dance as SKE-like. All in all, the song is described as energetic, speedy, & summer-ly.

Speaking of choreography, fans agree that it is not like Ngzk's previous choreo, & is more AKB in it feels. There are also rumours that Sasuga Minami, the person responsible for most of Ngzk's previous choreography (& all of Ngzk's main-songs' choreo) have been replaced for Girl's Rule's choreo.

^ thanks for the clarification rust I hope they stick with their current image cuz that's what make me like them and differentiate the group from bunch of other idol groups. I give this a chance and not cancelling my pre-orders. and wow I like their new costume, white and simple but I will need to wait next 3 months to watch the PV.

I don't think they'll ever do anything with bikinis. The Nogizaka girls don't do gravure and all that, so... yeah. Uniforms and all and that's it.

Looking forward to hearing it. Katyusha and Nagiichi are two of my favourite 48-summer songs. [rock]

I was disappointed when Ikoma chan was removed as centre and I was quite unenthusiastic about this single But after seeing the performance screenshots and hearing the preview, I have to say I am really excited about it.

 

im excited about this single, i've been following Nogizaka46 a lot recently, and man i thought they were
bad their choreography is really weird though. It would be better if it was ikuchan center but i guess
Maiyan is not bad either, im glad they removed hoshino in front (she was the first member to caught my attention but that attention vanished after i watched some nogizakatte doko)

 

I really like it as well, it is a mix between AKB's summer songs style & the Nogizaka46 style as well.

 

After hearing the preview I'm so excited about new single. Girl's rule sounds so fresh and nice. Their outfits also looks promising
