    Great news!!!

I've actually been thinking about something recently for SKE. with the graduations, then Hinano going on hiatus to be in QUADLIPS, and then Mirei announcing graduation... this leaves Ouchan as the only active SKE member who has the experience of centering a single  I also checked for other 48 groups and it's a little less bad for them. Here's the comparison:

AKB48: Miion, Yuiyui, Erii, Zukkii, Airi = in total 5 members who centered singles
SKE48: Ouchan = in total 1 member who centered a single
NMB48: Chihhii, Rei (wCenter), Mikana, Sakatan (wCenter), Keito (wCenter) = in total 5 members who centered singles/albums
HKT48: Ibuki (wCenter), Kurutan (wCenter) = in total 2 members who centered a single
NGT48: Miyumiyu, Harurun + Nanamin is one of the triple centers of the next single = in total 3 members who centered singles
STU48: Chiho, MaiQ = in total 2 members who centered singles/albums

"wCenter" is for members who only centered as double center rather than solo, it still counts, but I wanted to mention it!
if I made any mistakes in the count or forgot someone who centered, please let me know.

So after seeing this, I've been thinking that SKE really needs to make a new member center. Actually, I'm not against giving a permanent center push to a member if the member is very good and if we're sure that she's staying, like I didn't mind when they gave 2 centers to Mirei, and I also don't mind that they gave 2 centers to Ouchan (and in a row), but I also feel like they should have at least 3 members who have experienced center, then they can always focus on one more than the others and build an image for the group, but yes... it's especially for SKE (and for HKT too).

I have to say though, the last 2 SKE singles centered by Ouchan have been really really good to me and I love both a-sides, I really enjoy listening to them and they are my fav a-sides of SKE in recent years (like after Stand by You). But I think it would be nice and refreshing to have a new center, then go back to Ouchan next time, then maybe try another new center, and they can always go back to one or the other center.

and personally I think a good choice to center this time would be Yune. She's one of my favorite members but I don't just wish for her to center because of this! it's mostly because when she debuted, there was a lot of attention on her since she's very cute, but with time, the attention decreased, and I think they didn't really took the opportunity to gain from it. well she is still as cute as ever so I think if they make her center now, it could make more people notice her and also pay attention to the group as a whole! and it would feel very fresh!

I would be fine with a double center this time.
Manifesting Ouchan and Yune. Ah this would be epic!!!

Ouchan and Yune are both cute so if they get the right song that's suitable for both of them, it would work well! They'd be so adorable :cute:

I tried to find when was the last time that SKE had a double center because it feels like very long ago, I thought it was "12gatsu no Kangaroo" (2014) but after checking now, it's actually "Coquettish Juutai Chuu" (early 2015) centered by wMatsui (also it's one of my favorite SKE a-sides btw <3). wow, it's been 9 years! I wonder if they'd try double center again now, but why not after all. and btw, a song like "12gatsu no Kangaroo" would work well for Ouchan and Yune! hehe

I forgot to say it in my previous post, but another reason why I expect Yune to center a single is because she's been centering a b-side in every single since she joined the group:

They're all nice songs and she's so cute ^^ I like "New Ager" the most, both of the song and for the MV! So yes, with this, it feels like just a matter of time before she centers lol

    Let's see!

Personal dream of mine: Miyomaru and Ruuchan WCenter.

I long for Miyomaru centering not only because she's my No.1 in SKE, but she's also the ace of Team S and one of the best sellers in the group, and the best seller among Team S members.

But I personally think it's more likely Ouchan centering again. My wishful mind wants a WCenter of Ouchan with Miyo, but I don't really visualize this happening.

For senbatsu members, I wouldn't be surprised if Suzuki Sara is selected...but I don't remember how are her sales going.

SKE singles are always exciting for me :)

I didn't think about the possibility of Miyomaru centering but I think that would be a good choice too! She's very girly in a kinda mature way, she's tall and feels a bit like a model, I would say she's like Kojiharu-style? I think it would be interesting to see her center a single and what kind of song it would be!

I wonder if it will really be Ouchan centering again, 3 times in a row would be surprising o_o; But if that really happens, I wouldn't mind though. it's definitely not a bad choice! Her first 2 centers were both very different songs (both very good) so I would be interested to see what kind of song she would get for a 3rd center!

I was looking at the senbatsu for "Ai no Hologram" and it was:

Team S: Inoue Ruka, Kitagawa Yoshino, Sakamoto Marin, Nomura Miyo
Team KII: Aoki Rika, Arai Yuki, Ota Ayaka, Nakano Airi
Team E: Kamata Natsuki, Kumazaki Haruka, Kurashima Ami, Sato Kaho, Suenaga Oka, Sugawara Maya, Takahata Yuki, Hayashi Mirei
    Kenkyuusei: Omura Anzu, Hara Yune

I put in bold the members who graduated or who will graduate (Mirei will be gone at the end of August so before the release of this single). it was a 18 members senbatsu and I hope they continue with 18, it's a good number! I don't know enough about the popularity of each member to know if any of the remaining 16 girls is at risk of being dropped, so let's say that they'll all be selected again... then this would mean that we have 2 free spots! Personally, I think they should go to members other than Team E, because Team E already had too many senbatsu members and it would be good to balance it a bit ^^; and I'm already thinking of 2 members who would be good choices:

    1) Okamoto Ayaka (Team KII) - They've been pushing her a bit in recent years, like being under for senbatsu, but somehow they didn't select her for senbatsu... I hope she gets it now!
    2) Suzuki Sara (Team KII) - The only 12th gen member who got promoted! and I think it would be good to put her in senbatsu right away, and have one of the newer gens included ^^

This would make the senbatsu like this! (note: Anzu and Yune got promoted, so they move to teams!)

Team S: Inoue Ruka, Omura Anzu, Kitagawa Yoshino, Sakamoto Marin, Nomura Miyo, Hara Yune
Team KII: Aoki Rika, Arai Yuki, Ota Ayaka, Okamoto Ayaka, Suzuki Sara, Nakano Airi
Team E: Kamata Natsuki, Kumazaki Haruka, Kurashima Ami, Sato Kaho, Suenaga Oka, Sugawara Maya

I think this would be great and it looks very balanced! There are 6 from each team, it's just perfect ^^

I think that both Yune and Anzu have legitimate chances of being center for this single. I personally am not against having a very established center, so I would be happy if it was Ouchan again too.

SKE's new Teens Unit, which first song will be a coupling song on this single, was announced to be ミミフィーユ, which apparently comes from a dessert called ミルフィーユ (in french: mille-feuille, millefeuille), so the name of the unit is mimi-feuille/mimifeuille. I think it's absolutely adorable

Glad to see Airi, Sayaka and Fuyuka in sembatsu :ome:
but I don't like MV. Song is OK but I need a time to understand like I it or not. Covers are just OK.
but only 2 MV in this single that isn't good...
    At this point I'm dissapointment...

I had other guesses for the center position but I'm REALLY happy that this is Kumachan's single! She absolutely deserves it: great and energetic dancer, pretty, funny, nice and really popular. It was a matter of time for it to happen anyways, since she already held 2 solo concerts and was the center for Team E's original stage. She did amazing, the song is good and positive, exactly what Kumachan deserves. I love it.

But I'm disappointed that the team songs won't have a MV this time...still seated for mimifeuille's song and MV tho <3

Not sure if you're serious or not, but this SKE senbatsu is full of senior members and older members, the center is a member who's been here for more than 11 years and who's 27, they also gave a first-time senbatsu to a member who's 26. Yune (22 years old) is far from being "too old" for senbatsu or for anything... She was most likely dropped because this is a dance-focused single (she's weak at dancing), and also generally SKE is doing quite a bad job at promoting the new gens.

Maybe this will be good for her, because she can take the time to improve more, and her fans will be more supportive of her... They'll most likely bring her back in senbatsu in the future.

There seems to be a pattern. Senior core members be No.2 or 3 in the group for years, then are given a center for once. Nao, Akari, and now Kuma all get the position like that. Not bad. Senior members have mature performance.
The song is good, though not very good. I hope the dance could be dope. SKE's choreographer, as I see, is the best in the whole group.
The MV is not so impressive, but I can understand that. The economy is terrible nowadays, so the budget must be quite limited. On a small spending, it is acceptable.
