To think the Majisuka Gakuen stage play thread would be this inactive.

 

Well I guess that's probably because everyone is in the middle of the Majisuka Gakuen 4 hype. I'm pretty sure this thread will be flooded after it ends...

I'm looking forward to the screenplay. I wish they'd fill in the gap after Maeda left and before salt was able to beat otabe to become the president.

 

Now that the drama didn't explain the reason why Otabe stayed back, i hope the musical fill this gigantic plot hole.

 

I dunno, I'm more interested Paruru background than Yui/Otabe.
just curious, why Paru can change from weak (Kanburi/MG2) to strong (Salt/MG4)

but well, she didn't participate.

Have Yui and Rena performed in a stage play prior to this?
I just hope the story fills in most of the plot holes.
Wouldn't mind a cameo/special appearance from Nezumi and Center too hehehe

 

I'm hoping they will release this on DVD and that It'll fill up the Otabe holes on why she's still there and why is she only a queen instead of president....

^ I'm hoping for the same thing. Gekikara and Otabe...I wonder what the plot of this play will be. Who else will be involved? Has news been released about any other cast members?

 

Considering Gekikara was my favorite character in Majisuka 1 and then Otabe was my favorite along with Gekikara come Majisuka 2, I don't care what it is about so long as it is better than Majisuka 4. I am not enjoying Majisuka 4 all that much since they kinda ruined what I liked about Otabe but hopefully this stage play will just bring back the character we all know and love. Plus, Gekikara is just the best and Rena is awesome.

Many said the same thing about Romeo and Juliet. Yet look at how successful Westside Story has become.

 

I hope MG Stage Play will solidify Otabe's position in MG Character Hall of Famers because even though she was a driving figure in MG 2 she lacked the support and attention like gekikara, nezumi, and center. Adding to this MG 4 brought her back just to be explored and destroyed. I wish her character value can still rise from these drawbacks.
