Owada takes the top spot. Pretty much a girl who was once the 15th Generation Ace to now a girl who will be gone soon as she announced her graduation. You could say this is one of the biggest drops for a member ever (At least Ikoma is slowly getting rid of that bust tag). While she did rank in the Election twice (75th in 2015 and 62nd in 2016), it still wasn't enough as she was pretty much being passed by girls lion Mion and such. Now she is graduating at only 17 years old (while part of it is really due to a scandal you can say). The rest of it is because of what I said (other girls passing her).
