@hjr1891 I don't think referring to it as an "incident" is trivializing it at all. Another thing happened in Japan a while ago where a 16-year old girl got straight up murdered and that's referred to as The Sayama Incident. So being an incident is a big deal. Also, because we're talking about moments, it was more than just the attack that made it noteworthy, it was the response, the changes to the AKB events, Kawaei's comeback, etc. The word incident conveys that.

Forest, can you clarify how you'll be scoring these? A lot of people voted for similar things but with slight differences. I mean I thought the full transfers were a huge deal and the kennins, while in some cases annoying, were not nearly as important. So mine wouldn't be counted as a vote for the whole DSM.
