OOOOH. A fun one, for a vocalist like myself

1. Masuda Yuka: This one is a no brainer. She has so much knack for singing and gauging pitch, and her voice is like a bloodhound. Stamina is her only lacking point. I'd like to draw attention to her Stargazer performance from 2015 Request Hour, where she flawlessly adlibbed and sang the song even BETTER than studio quality. Amazing.
2. Umeda Ayaka: Another no brainer. She's effortless, has a unique voice, and is every bit as dependable as a vocalist as Sayanee, just with a more unique voice. She really is a total-package, due to her dance skill.
   
3. Yamamoto Sayaka: Do I even have to say anything? My only complaint is her restraint, since I know she's capable of so much more. Aaand I'd rather her lipsync less.
4. Kasai Tomomi: She has a high, cute voice but she's incredibly consistent and she can handle some pretty difficult songs. Kietai Kurai and Ima Sara Sara are REALLY hard to sing, and she makes it sound effortless.
   
5. Okada Nana: She's absolutely the Masuda Yuka of the new gen. Talented, intense, and buried in the background. She's still got some growing and training up to do, but RH2015's Mushi no Ballad was the best one I've ever heard aside from Akimoto's. She has a knack for injecting dramaticism into her performances while still restraining herself enough to stay on pitch. Amazing. Mix Kasai and Masuda, and you have Okada.
6. Kashiwagi Yuki: Yukirin's biggest indicator of talent is that she knows what she's best at, sticks to it, and doesn't do anything crazy. She has a very clear range and a very clear aesthetic. And by sticking to that, she's become the most consistent singer in the 48G history. She's the ballad queen, with the sweet, clear bell-like voice. Chinmoku and Kazanbai are two of the most perfect songs in all of 48G's releases.
7. Oba Mina: Her voice may not stand out much, but she's very consistent and she makes it look really easy.
8. Yokoyama Yui: She's like Yukirin, in the way that she knows what she has and works with it. Yui's range is TINY, but she sounds so good within that range, so she remains within it and doesn't stretch herself. And it works. I want her to have another solo song, VERY soon.
9. Kuramochi Asuka: She has a beautifully textured voice. Unfortunately, she's not a good "singer" since her stamina and shakiness is troubling. Nonetheless, she can put out very good performances when she remains within her comfort zone.
   
10. Minegishi Minami: Same as above. But Mii, in addition to stamina, relies way too heavily on nasal singing..which can be annoying for some. I get exhausted with it, despite the fact that I consider her to be a great performer.

Rising Stars: Kojima Mako, Furuhata Nao, Tano Yuka. Mako has a GREAT voice, but she needs confidence. Nao is on the way toward becoming incredible, but she lacks control in the same way Mii/Mocchi do. And Tano is great all around, but her voice is a tad bit too thin for my liking.
