To the surprise of no one. Mayuyu is #1 on the Traditional/orthodox idol and rightfully so. Aki-P is right when he said that she was born for the sake of being an idol. To the thing I mentioned at the beginning, she's the first person you think of when it comes to a Traditional/orthodox idol. Same with girls like Yukirin and Miyuki, so it's no surprise that they round out the top 3. Miyuki is so good at doing both in my opinion. She's that damn good at it. All of these girls (even the Honorable Mentions) are girls who are Traditional/orthodox idols and are that damn good at it.

Anyways, next week will give the other type of idol in the idol world. Before we began with Episode 48. Time to began the First Matchup for UPM Clash. UPM Clash voting will be just like how you all did with the UPM back in December, expect it's just one thing you will be voting for. Anyways here is matchup #1. Which ever topic wins, will be the first topic for the 2nd Season Premiere of Stage48 Countdown (Yes, it's been almost a year since I've done this).

The Nicest Members of all Time vs. Best Sub Unit

I know when people got confused with the Sweet Members thing, I said that the Nicest Members of all Time will be the first topic here. Now you know it's opooent. I know we've done the Best Sub Unit Songs. But never the Best Sub Unit. So this is your first matchup and the winner will go on to be the first topic for Season 2 while the loser will get it's First Strike and be in strike battle at a later date. Was thinking of making it where the loser would face a new topic the next week, but deciced not too. If that topic gets 3 strikes in a row. It will not be a topic for the rest of Season 2.

Best Moments of Rina Kawaei

With Ricchan graduating next week. I think it would be a cool thing to countdown her top 10 best moments from her time in AKB48. Rina Kawaei is somebody who joined AKB48 in July 2010 and is apart of the AKB48 11th Generation and was one of the most popular younger girls in AKB48. A Fulltime Senbatsu senbatsu member since October of 2013 (Heart Ereki). She was somebody who shine at what ever she did and it's why she was so loved. It's sad that she is graduating (thanks to that asshole who I hope is rotting in prison right now). But as fans, we will show that we will always love Ricchan and will never forget her and will continue to support her even after AKB48 (Can't wait to see her kick butt in the world of acting).

- Just the fact that she becoming a part of my favorite period and Team in AKB timeline make it even sweeeter

 

1.) Appearing on Mechaike: Her personality was truly expressed for the first time here. Definitely memorable moments for her here. Most people have only seen the first mechaike test she appeared in, however she appeared several other times in the show and even took the test a second time where she was second-to-last place.

2.) Center of Hasute to Wasute: This made her popular and I'm glad she was center Baka. The song is pretty catchy too.

3.) Senbatsu for Sugar Rush: This is the first AKB48 song to be used for the global market, so Akimoto made sure that he picked the biggest members possible for the song. Everyone chosen were regular senbatsu members that appeared in at least one lead single or stage song. Kawaei was the exception. I think it made people search her up more.

4.) Sports mechaike special: I am separating this from number one because we see another new side to her. She is really good at sports!

5.) Viking TV show: She was a regular on this show and her normal side was seen on a weekly basis. It is amazing how beautiful and honest she is.
