Maiyan's 2nd Photobook (3rd Book overall) Takes the top spot. No shock as it is the best selling PB ever (Not just 48G and Sakamichi). I always like to think that after the release Sasshi's and Mayuyu's PB (which showed off their mature and sexy side), Maiyan said "Let Me show you girls how's it's done". Released back in February, 8 months later and it's still selling.

Mayuyu's 3rd Photobook is #2. Mayuyu's 3rd Photobook was her first PB in 3 years (Released in October 2016) and it showed off her mature and sexy side for the 1st time. It showed that Mayuyu has grown up and is now a Young Woman.

Dousuru? (Kojiharu's 2nd Photobook) (4th Overall) is #3. Released in March 2015, it was one of the biggest selling PBs ever, and I think you can all see why. You could say that Maiyan's 2nd Photobook was pretty much the Sakamichi version of this. This PB was pretty much straight up SEXINESS! Hell Just look at the back of this Photobook for another reason lol.

Anyways, It's time to began Episode 160 voting. Another Senbatsu this time.

New Generation (48) Senbatsu

It's time to finally settle this once and for all. What is New Generation Senbatsu according to Stage48 Members? This will be a 16 Member Senbatsu and of course will feature members from AKB48, SKE48, NMB48, HKT48, NGT48, STU48, JKT48 and BNK48 (I'm going to allow the International Groups in on this one as well). Of course these will be girls who are 20 years old and Under.

Pretty much the rules are followed for the first 5 Senbatsus, Pretty much aren't any rules since this is a battle to see who will be the New Generation (48) Center.

A little from both you can say. Of course these are girls you want (Since It's a battle to see who will become the center of the New Generation (48) Senbatsu), but also good who you think would be as well.

Anyways, Did want to mention that the girls who are still 20, but haven't had their birthday yet are ineligible. Also Matsui Jurina will be ineligible as well. Even though she is 20, she has pretty much been with the group 48Group for 9 years now, She's not really new lol.

 

So it means the girls must be born after October 1st 1997 right ? Or October 1st 1996 ? I am using the day as a general idea.

The girls who haven't had their birthdays yet (who were born in 1996) are ineligible (Pretty much girls born October 2nd through December 31, 1996).

That's what I was meaning.

 

Instead of making an age restriction, it would be more interesting to limit it to girls who have (for example) 3 senbatsu appearances or less. So that would make it possible for girls who have done the odd Janken appearance or SSK summer single appearance to still be included but would exclude perma-senbatsu members.

A complicated ranking based off of how much I want them to be in senbatsu + how much I expect them to be in senbatsu. I can see my top 7 sticking around 48G for a long time and becoming common senbatsu members. Ranks 8-10 is contingent on how they're used in teams, but I really like the girls. I would be extremely happy with a Miion/Kanabun anchored Team K, a Team B with Seichan as ace, or Katomina as Team NIII captain.

11-16: either I'm not super sold on them, or there's a very big what if factor. Yuurin + new Draft or 2nd Gen NGT girls could make an interesting base for Team G, but that's kind of wishful thinking. Satopii needs to show that she can hold out as a strong member after she's no longer the token loli, which is why I have her so low.

Focused on members who are actually "new generation" in my opinion: Okada Nana, Mion, Komi, Ryoha, Shiroma, Yuuri, Mio, Sakura are technically under 20 but are not, by any means, "new" in my opinion. Excluding Nako, this is the realistic version of the NG senbatsu.
