Even though I'm a girl, my voice is naturally lower and my vocals are kinda weak so it's hard to hold that long "giiinghaaam cheeeck" at the end of each chorus. >.< This song is not as good for my voice as some others are. lol My voice strained so much with this but it was kinda something I decided to do on impulse. XD Enjoy anyway I guess. lol

I am gonna try to put this on YouTube too but I'll link it later if it works. lol

^The synchronization is pretty bad and yes, you need a better microphone because I don't know what you're recording into but your voice is constantly over it's recording capacity limits and that distorts your voice.
A normal cheap microphone should do it these days, you'd probably need to regulate how far you/how loud you sing into it if you don't hive a mic stand.
I'd love to hear you sing live, you sound very cute too despite all the distortions ><

 

Oh I never realized there was such a thread here! I figure I might as well post here as well since I've been doing covers for almost 6 years now. I even have my own AKB cover group; if people are curious can check out here. I go by Sayu if you couldn't tell. Anyway I figure I'll post something (sort of) recent. Two friends (who are in the group as well) and I covered this (I was Tomochin) :

 

Wow, I had no idea this thread existed! I can't sing Japanese but I'm going to enjoy the covers posted! Another vote for HRP to wow us with his karaoke skills again

Yes, my microfone is too noisy, and I record my sing with my phone. In this case I sang very low and I had to increase my voice on editing so it was with distortions.
