I don't know how to mass-change something like that and doing it manually would mean going through a total of 1259 profiles. Is it really that important? It's what we've always done and I don't think it's caused confusion for anyone so far. akb48.fandom.com and mydramalist also refer to former members in the past tense.

What you're referring to is this:

That's a bit more specific than replacing every "was a" with "is a former".

This is a particular choice of Wikipedia, it does not represent broader English usage. There's nothing inaccurate about saying Minegishi "was a member". Given Wiki48's narrower focus (on the 48 and 46-groups) I don't think it is misleading, either.

3. There’s a misspelling of Asunaro on the top of Kodama Haruka’s page. I also think her agency should be changed to Avex Asunaro (currently it’s Avex management) since Avex Asunaro is a subsidiary and a company on its own. Same with how we use Seed&Flower/Nogi LLC rather than Sony management for Sakamichi members
4. Yabuki Nako and Miyawaki Sakura are under Vernalossom
5. Yahagi Moeka is under Avex (she didn’t say what subsidiary so I think we can put it as Avex Management for now)
6. Ishimori Nijika is under A-Light

 

Do you have any source for Nako being part of Vernalossom? Also, I've added Verna to Sakura's page for now but I'm pretty sure she said they're only responsible for her Youtube channel... I've done all the rest

 

This photo was showed when all three of them joined a recent radio together. We can see the Vernalossom credit. Capable Tokyo signed a contract with both Sakura and Verna to manage her YT channel so that’s another indicator. The whole IZONE was under Verna for Japanese promotion so I think they either just don’t bother to change agency or Verna is trying to grow on its own

 

I created a FAQ page, based on 48pedia. Please help me with the correct translation and addiing more questions. Admin, u can add this page to the sidebar? could be in all48 section

I haven't been active as a wiki48 editor in a while but I thought I'd pick it up again now that I have time!

I'm experiencing some issues however, I can't seem to upload any photos, is this some wiki-wide issue or just me? Asking because member profiles and single artwork seems to not have been added in a while. If anyone knows I'd appreciate an answer!

 

From reading previous mentions of the image problem (e.g. on pages 180, 181, and 185), from what I understand, the editors don't have the right permissions and are dependent on the owner (who has been unresponsive for quite a while).

Hopefully there can be a solution for the photos someday, for now it's still "ok", but in a few years with every member getting older, it might be weird to see their old photos on the page. Anyway, this is random to say, but recently I thought about this, and I think wiki48 is such a great site! I'm glad that 48 groups have a place like this with all the informations! I love that everything is organized, so I want to say good job to the international fandom of 48G, and to everyone who edit and provide informations for the pages!
