GEES ≠ Depressing Subs. So, you don't need to worry about Keyakake, it's going as usual.
But for HiraOshi, there will be no release this week until further notice. Other subber will probably take over in the meantime.

When I download the HiraOshi from depressing, I saw that they mention GEES there. Does GEES provide the softsub for HiraOshi also? If it so, perhaps someone can get the srt version from GEES channel?

Or perhaps anyone know how to download the srt from a youtube channel ....

An unrelated question. Do GEES (btw are they a group or is it one person?) provide softsubs or is it only via their YT channel they publish their translations?
