I believe Himura-san was the first one to be called an Official Oniichan. IIRC, it was when he performed Influencer together with the girls on a different show.

 

I was curious a bit and it looks like they are called that since 2014 and it comes from when on Bananaman's radio show Shitara talked about the birthday of their "official little sisters".
