Supernova, known as Choshinsung in Korea and Choshinsei in Japan, is a six-member Korean boy band under Core Contents Media. They debuted in late 2007 with the song "Hit", but are best known for their collaboration song "TTL (Time To Love)" with labelmate T-ara in 2009. In September 2009, Supernova debuted as Choshinsei (超新星) in Japan under Universal Japan and released their debut Japanese single, "Kimi Dake wo Zutto". (source: generasia) Their members are as follows: Yoonhak (윤학, ユナク) leader and fluent in Japanese (he studied in Japan). He's 31(!) years old. Sungje (성제, ソンジェ) vocals, in military service. He is my oshi. Kwangsoo (광수, グァンス) rapper. He writes the rap lines. Sungmo (성모, ソンモ) vocals. Jihyuk (지혁, ジヒョク) sub vocals and sub rapper. Geonil (건일, ゴニル) rapper and fluent in English. For their complete discography, check here (Japanese). Their fanbase is called Tinkerbell. They're going to release a new mini album called "SUPERNOVA Cover Collection" and it will have 2 versions: female and male. It has just released today. Kwangsoo covered "secret base ~君がくれたもの~" on the female edition!
Choshinsei has announced their 19th single "Mata Kimi to.." (またキミと・・・, Again with You) last December 27,2015 (my birthday, I forgot about that they're announcing another single). It will be released on February 24, 2016. It's probably their last for now as Geonil, Kwangsoo, Jihyuk and Sungmo will be enlisting for the military within the mid-year. We might have to wait until July before they can release a new single afterwards. There will also a fan meet and greet event in Yoyogi on February 26-27, 2016. http://www.musicjapanplus.jp/news/1...eeting-that-will-take-place-on-february-2016/ EDIT: There are already covers for the single according to the official site. Can't put pics because they're way too small.
