I'll be honest, I haven't watched the videos, but wasn't there an earthquake in Tokyo recently? Maybe she had to leave her home temporarily because of it

 

^ I live under a rock and had no idea about the earthquake. I have watched some parts of the videos, but I don't read Japanese. It seems they were translated as "water supply stopped", "evicted from her home", then we find her sleeping in a car. It might just be a funny role play to her. It gives me a bad feeling though.

 

IMO I think it's probably just role playing with titles aimed at attracting views.
