If it turns out it has nothing to do with the SSK speech then you guys are just being upset at nothing.

 

I mean i know she is wishing them a good performance.

i think its not a good things to take a conclusion that she's really got suspended by management.

afterall there's no official announce that she got punish by managements

regarding her speech , before this ssk tbh i'm not really follow her things. but after vote for riripon , and after riripon's shocking marriage announcement imho i was really dissapointed , but what juri's speech was very great , it feels she's say what was in our mind , some of riripon's voter have thought about this 'incident'

but if juri was really got punished ,imo there will be plenty of riripon's rich fans who was very dissapointed for riripon's act and will vote for juri next year lol

 

Don't fret too much about her absence. She's a 49th single senbatsu member and preparations / lessons start pretty much immediately after the election. Absence could easily be related to that.

 

In Japan : seniority > age. That's why you have members 5+years younger calling kouhai without -san or anything

 

I do remember Miorin calling Takeuchi with the -san honorific during Miyu's shojiki shougi.

 

Juri, and nana somewhat, both guilty of speaking directly about an embassasing situation (ririka's surprise announcement) instead of ignore it and continuing on as if nothing happened in the eastern way.

Look at sokantouku reaction for mature response. Of course yuihan is bad at impromptu speech too.

In this case it is best that team captains spoke up though. They can take the blame and still have the feelings expressed. Punishment, if any, can be light because this is just junior leaders passionate response.

For aki-p to say marriage is ok is no surprise. First rule of management is that the leader never take the blame and only take responsibility for success

Juri is brave and vocal.
She is what we need in AKB that is starting to go downhill whether we like it or not.
We need member that doesn't bend too much at management's play.
If 48 got a strict leader like Juri, maybe the new gens would less likely dare to have an outright scandal.
But then again, juri is still young and maybe because of that, she can't word out her anger well in front of people. She just lack that imo and if she has that, AKB can last long.
