that's why I said I thought she had applied, but then couldn't make it for whatever reason - but I base it only on her failing the Renacchi SSK. But let me tell you, that's a hell of a reason. How could she not make it? What was that about? Everyone who had seen it said the same - she was the best. Everyone had her at the 1st place. Or like maybe 2nd, after their oshi. But 2nd at worst. I watched all of them and I was just blown away. I took on every twitter account of mine and expressed my thoughts on her out-of-this-world acting. I go to theatre twice a week and I have never seen anything like that. I even went to 5ch and wrote that if she failed I'd have run naked through Akita. You know how many trolls are there on 5ch and no one said anything that day. There was nothing to put against that bet, and it wasn't even a bet basically, it was a sure win. Good thing I don't live in Akita. Anyway. When the results announcement happened I was actually at my math lesson and was watching it with my friends. They have already become acquainted with Hijiri, "The Goddess of Acting" as one of them uttered when I showed him her performance and thus inadvertently baptized her - we have never called her anything else ever since. So we were watching it and Hijirin's name wasn't there. I literally just flipped the table and walked away. There was no stopping me. What was that bullshit? The class fell into a silence. All eyes on me, but I didn't give a shit. The guys tried to stop me and in the end they succeeded. I apologized to the class and explained myself. I think they all understood. The teacher joined the discussion as well and everyone was trying to come up with some explanation, but honestly there was just none, none. It didn't make any sense and you know how math people love everything making sense. Anyway. They did mention something about the clash of schedules, and at that time there was the Tofu drama continuation rumour, but it turned out to be just another show and Hijirin of course wasn't there, she wasn't doing wrestling. Why would you let such a beautiful - everyone is beautiful and so you are, don't let anyone tell you otherwise, although you are probably not as beautiful as Hijirin - delicate flower join such a barbaric thing? That's what we have Akarin for. Anyway. It wasn't that and I was simply clueless. Now it all seems obvious of course, Produce 48, but at that time, we didn't have that info, we didn't have anything in hand so to say. But of course, the first airport photos came in and Hijirin wasn't there either. She just wan't there. She wasn't anywhere. So what is this? But that's what I mean, man. The school, man. Za skůru as they'd say. Now that's something that has just not been talked about enough. We all know it well though. My girls Mokacchi and Rumbacchi - they couldn't join the MV shooting because of a "scheduling conflict" - well of course that is school. Probably some test. From kobun or something. Kobun, man. Amazing. Now don't get me wrong - school, blissful thing, makes them more human and keeps them in contact with the "normal" people so to say. I personally have enough reasons to say I hate that shit, but that's just my opinion, all coolio if you like it, my man. They (as in Japanese) just value it - we cannot do anything about it. We have to accept it. And so there is this kinda explanation, that she just couldn't make it because of school. Like let's just think about it - how did Ikumin, Miu etc. do it with school? We have no answers atm. They must be missing so much stuff. But Hijirin, she's just such a nice girl and she may not have wanted to cause any troubles. I mean, I don't mean Ikumin, Miu etc. are not nice girls, you know, and you are also nice, don't let anyone tell you otherwise. But Hijirin is just special and she worked hard for it so I think she deserves that title. Wonderful young lady. Anyway. So I'm just imagining she had to come to the management and tell she just couldn't do this Produce thing. I mean, they probably didn't even know who she is, because they are dumb - no, not everyone is bright, I'm sorry man, we just cannot admit that as much as we'd like to. Hijirin should have centered every single since Ue kara Mariko, if there was anyone with a brain or at least a good taste sitting there. We would have been selling 2 millions (two millions) CDs in the first day by now. No words. Anyway. She probably just went there, crying that she coul... I can't even finish that sentence, man, it's ripping my heart apart. She couldn't follow her dreams because of Kobun. Kobun, man. Amazing.
