I just watched this, and I was very happy when Sasshi pointed out that Meru has been losing weight!! I hope it draws attention back to her and people can be impressed with all her hard work. I have my faith restored in this year's SSK for Meru!

It sounds like she must do weight training to manage her weight? She was like the first one to finish the 30 jumping squats.

She looks great, but I don't like this gravure style so much, maybe a beach theme would match Meru a little better I think! What do you guys think, anybody has already seen the new photos?

I'm glad to see Meru in this senbatsu! Although I feel like she could fit in better with Sasshi line up if, like people have commented, its criteria is whacky fun girls and Mayuyu's is cute traditional idol.. either way it's good to have Miku and Mio together with Meru! I hope we will get something nice at least, with quality music and good screen time for all the girls...
