Well that's most of my list now! Not gonna lie, it's a bit frustrating to see how many negative votes the Sakamichi girls are receiving compared to their 48G counterparts. Always felt that the fandom was a bit too competitive and toxic at times and this is kind of confirming it for me lol.

Previous years kind of emphasized how negative votes should only be used if you really have a personal reason for disliking a member (and not "because of some boneheaded management decision completely out of their hands.") But seems like people kind of used it willy-nilly to downvote the center members *cough* Nao and Sakura *cough*

It's just the forum ranking but to me it just shows the mindset of this sect of the fandom

Thank you for supporting your local penguin! It makes me so happy to see Koike make the top 50, let alone #36! I'm also happy to see Sayuringo so high! I really should've voted for her but I figured she was going to do great as well. I'm also very proud of Yuihan. She was a great leader and someone that is a really hard worker. Definitely deserving of the top 20.

Now my AKB and SKE kami-oshis made the top 20 so it's gonna be fun from here!

not quite yet, I'm missing only my #1 and my only negative in fact I'm happy to see my #1 place so high, didn't expect that. (The negative is always in the top 10, people here love her for some reason I can't conceive.)

Definitely tough being a Ranze fan. Like every Nogi 2nd Gen, they just never got support. I guess I'm still somewhat shaking off Miria and Junna graduation announcements, but I fear we may not have much time to cheer for her.

Don't look or else she'll make you a fan. I'm trying to wonder why she's on my list. That's how it goes.

I ranked Nappi at #2 and gave her 10 points! I'm very happy that she ranked up from last year (though I do wonder why did she get downvotes from someone?). I pretty much learned about Nappi in 2020, when she was picked as the center for 3-2, I was surprised that HKT picked someone else than usual and I didn't really know her, when I saw her, I found her cute, then I saw her Twitter photos and decided to start following her in Twitter! After some months of seeing her updates, I decided to get to know her more, you can start reading my posts where I wrote what I learned about Nappi here in her thread (and the following pages). She's a very cute girl and super nice, and sometimes surprisingly has a funny side too (LOL) She kinda reminds me of Mayuyu sometimes (the same "aura" and perfect idol image). She became my favorite among current HKT members and now I follow her closely, I'm glad that she centered for HKT again and she is doing better and better in 2021 as well! She's an angel ;w; and I'm happy to have a new oshimen in one of the 48 groups! I love her!

I ranked Renacchi at #4 and gave her 8 points! wow She ranked up a lot, I'm glad for her! Among the current AKB members, she's been here for really long, and I like her since AnRiRe days! I'm happy that she is still in AKB, even though her presence is less than before (her push stopped around 3 years ago sadly). She is still one of the prettiest members to me, she reminds me a bit of Kojiharu in her image; mature, pretty, likes fashion etc. I really think senbatsu should have at least one member like her... She improved her skills in recent years, I loved that she had a lot of screentime when I watched the AKB concert last year (the one from the very beginning of 2020). and she is perfect in the unit Sensuality!

I ranked Yuihan at #8 and gave her 5 points! I always liked Yuihan so of course I include her on my list. Just like for Renacchi, she's been in the group for very long, and I like her since really long ago so it's been a very long time. These are members who remind me of AKB's past (the better years, good times...) so I love them and I'm glad they're still here!

Still 7 members for me in top 25!

I agree with @heatsignature about downvoting. They just demostrate how petty the fandom still is, no matter how much of a game this may be.
And because everyone has their favorites, I'm quite disappointed to see Pon (Kobayashi Yui) being downvoted when she's one of the girls whom in 2020 literally took Keyaki/Sakura on their back and carried the group towards this path. She gave us everything she had, sorrow and pain but also strength, passion and dedication. So.. yeah... support her in 2021 please lol

I think last year it was actually the opposite and the 48G members had a lot of downvotes... Maybe that made the 48G fans realize that they went a bit too far so this year thankfully I noticed much less downvotes for the 48G girls (still some girls received quite a lot though) while for Sakamichi there are more. But then again Sakamichi groups are also more active...

I'm disappointed to see my kami-oshi drop places but last year was a little quieter for her, however she continued to do well as the Captain of Team K and hopefully this year her modelling career will finally take off. Yeah the negative votes for Yui have to be the most idiotic votes ever. Personally, I don't like all the downvoting on this message board, and it makes me hesitant to post comments sometimes (I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels that way), but an argument that one could make in favor of negative votes in this poll, is that they give lesser known girls a chance to climb in the rankings, and make the results a bit more unpredictable. But yes, it's not fun seeing your favorites being downvoted.
