I just have to get this off my chest.

I always liked the rivalry between Miho and Miipan over who is the top-tier bread-loving idol. I used to think Miipan was the true bread senpai but now I think she's full of crap! She's an imposter! When she said, in Hiraoshi 13, that only sweet bread is good bread and plain bread isn't real bread, it completely blew my mind. What kind of monster would say something like that? And when she said that you could tell Miho was like "uhhh... wut". She knows what's up. Everybody knows there's nothing better than fresh baked plain bread right out of the oven. People in France line up at 4:00AM in order to get those fresh baguettes.
I just can't take Miipan seriously when it comes to bread anymore.

 

I need to know their opinions on croissants before I can make a final decision myself.

EDIT: I found this elsewhere, but I now see it's from Takamoto Ayaka's blog. She says how great it was to perform with the Kanjis again. She thanks people for coming out in the heat and says she wore her hair off her forehead for the second and third days, to be cooler. She says how awesome Kumi was, as captain, getting the members up and the crowd up, and always great. The main thing she ended up feeling was how much she loves Hiragana Keyaki, and that she loves everyone who loves it, too.

Umm...uhh...I think Mirei meant to say the standard plain loaf of bread in her "plain bread" statement. Surely she didn't mean to diss the great French baguettes...

I got nothing. As a bread lover myself I was actually taken aback by her stand...but no matter, I love Mii-pan more and will overlook that travesty. #teamMiiPan4Life #breadclub

So, Budokan again already. Kyary is very nice when comes to promoting the people she works with. Hopefully, she does the same for Gana.

 

The October Budoukan is intriguing. Seems a fairly long way ahead of time to announce participation in something. If Hiragana were to get an autumn single, it might come out in mid-October, just in time for that appearance to give it a boost.... And there would still be time for a Kanji single before Christmas. Wishful thinking, but maybe.

It's the 40th anniversary "Hot Stuff Promotion" festival. The first night ("Mutation of Pop") is Hiragana and Kyary (tickets Y7000); the second night ("Ultra Boy Meets Super Girl") is Yuki and Okamura Yasuyuki (tickets Y9000); and the third night ("Chaos Rocks") is Tokyo Ska Paradise Orchestra, The Back Horn, Polka-Dot Stingray, and King Gnu (tickets Y4300).

In other news, there will be a Mao-chan SHOWROOM at 7pm on 26 July. I believe that is 13 hours from now.

If the next Hiragana Keyaki MV doesn't get geoblocked like the Kitaishitenaijibun MV from the recent album and unlike the recent Ambivalent MV - which is Kanji Keyaki, and is geoblocked - then we're going to really scratch our heads why...but that's still ways away.

Forget that, "Happy Aura" is geoblocked as well.

The pic is from Mii-Pan's blog, where she says she and the members were really nervous meeting Kishidan, but they were extremely nice and encouraged them when they happened to meet at the catering.

 

Ah.. Happy Aura is a very sweet song. Sounds like they could open with it instead of Hiragana Keyaki. I hope we won't have to wait long for the MV.

 

Yes, outstanding song, in my opinion. As someone said, like a Nogi A-side. This is a very talented group (to repeat myself, lol). I really want to see the MV so I can try to tell who's singing.

There's only one A-side on Ambivalent, but this could be a second.

Just listened to a few minutes of the radio show: fans call Tomita "Paripi," but members call her "Nobuko."

 

MV is out. It's fairly simple like Soredemo. Basically focusing on faces. Showing off Hiragana's visuals. Pretty standard Gana choreography as well it seems. I love the song so I hope they don't shorten it...

 

Katoshi centre, with Nao and Miho either side of her. I'm personally pleased to see a lot more of Memi than we did in the Kitaishiteina Jibun MV.

I've moved my speculations about the formation here from the 7th single thread:

As for members, I think we see some emphasis on Hina and Nibu and Miku, and of course Mirei, too. The formation? Nothing's very clear except the front three. Choreography in an office presents some problems, I guess. Here are a couple of screencaps to think over:
