The Hunger Games 48Edition

I know that this has been already made...but I want to continue playing and doing this imaginary reaping then playing.
So, I'm gonna assume that everyone wants to join in!

So, before we're gonna start the game, I want a list of members from ANY 48/46 Group, including the Chinese groups.
I'll give out a maximum of two members per user. In other words, 1 district per user.
