Oh and apparently the Hirata girl is like fluent at English and lived in America when she was younger, and her nickname is Hillary

Don’t know about the Hillary thing but I just got my first look at this girl. Seems to be a very strong dancer and with those looks she is bound to move up quite fast.

Just watched the LOD.

My favorites so far are:
Iwata Karen - I love her voice. And she's sooooo cute. She was awesome in Yokaze. Definitely following her!
Tano Yuka - She's so cute!!! I definitely see her as a future front girl.
Hirata Rina - The first time I saw her, I thought she was really cute despite her missing tooth. But she's so cute! And her voice is cute too. She's adorable!
Mutou Tomu - lol, she's still kinda awkward, but I find her so pretty for some reason. I thought she did pretty okay in Locker Room Boy. It wasn't too bad. I still like her... for some reason, haha.

I really like all of them, though. This generation is SO CUTE. lol. Can't wait to see more of them! This is so exciting for me because it's my first time seeing new kks and everything since I just got into kks this year.

ERENAAAAAAAA!!!

I love those girls!! True that Arashi wasn't as good vocal wise but it doesn't matter cause everything else seemed perfect
ESPECIALLY THE DANCING!! They were all breath taking, especially Hilary? That girl is just FIERCE!! I honestly love them all. Not to mention that I fell for Aya, Kawaei and Natsuki so badly (I knew it was a good idea to watch this one), even though they hardly screened 10th gen.
Beauty wise, they're all drop down gorgeous
The only who was just as bad as her first impressions she made was Tomu (I can't help feel like her lips look like Shimazaki's) and I CAN'T BELIEVE THEY GAVE HER KITARIE SPOT! She's kinda robotic. She's by far the only person I don't find myself moved by in this performance. That place should have been Yukari's, she sounded really good.

Now I've watched the full LOD:

Hatsukoi: Yuuka did pretty well! I liked it better than Miyu's & that's saying something!

Arashi: RIKA IS THE BEST MYAO. I LOVED HER PERFORMANCE SO MUCH. Same with Rina-- she did superb. I'm not too keen on Erena yet, but I'm sure I'll start to adore her sooner or later. :3 Did I mention that Erena reminds me of Maria somewhat? I think it's her eyes.

Locker: Tomu. You... are... cute? I... yeah, didn't particularly care for that performance. MIYUU, JURI, & YUKARI WERE SUPER ADORBS THOUGH! ;A;

Yokaze: Karen did really well! She's so cute & I totally agree with yumestarlet: she totally reminds me of Yukiko physically. Her voice is really nice~

B Oshi: I CAN'T GET OVER RINA'S LINE. IT'S THE MOST ADORABLE THING EVER. T___T HIRARI!

I love them all, though. I was telling Wendy this yesterday, but this will be the first gen that I will have followed since their debut. 10th gen debuted when I didn't care for kks & then 11th gen debuted without me knowing so this will be ~*the one*~ for me. I'm so excited. All of them look so cute & are totally promising! I'm totally getting oshi feelings for three of them so. :< WE'LL SEE HOW THIS GOES. I also think my favourite gen might change to 12th just because they're like my babies right now. ;3; I'm not sure, though. Time will tell!

Karen grew on me a lot since yesterday, for some reason.

 

Finally got around to watching the LOD. I really, really like Karen and Miyuu, and Yuuka and Juri are okay, but I don't like the others at all. Suddenly I feel much better about the 10th gen.

Okay so after watching the LOD a bunch of times I'm in love with Rina. Oh my word. I'm having intense oshi feelings for this girl. On par with Sakiko. Especially after hearing her speak English & her line in B Oshi just aljg;lajg;lajg;l. AAAAHH. She's now my #2 oshi-- beating Moko, Kyururun & even Maria. Aaauuughhh.

When the pics finally come out may I create Rina's thread? I don't know how that works... or if it's rude that I'm asking. Sorry if it is. ^^;

The kenkyuusei now have some vocalists who are better singers than the vast majority of current team members (Miyu, Miyuu, Karen, and Wakana). I think some of them could even give the likes of Takamina, Sayaka, and Yukirin a run for their money...
