The STAGE48 Photobook Project

Ok, here's how it goes. I will fix all the photos of the participants that were sent to me, and I will send them to haruna. haruna will work on the page layouts. Because I know that haruna can make such beautiful backgrounds like all her avatars and signatures.

How about it, haruna? Fair enough? Or you have something in mind to add??

 

It's ok. If you want, you can take your time and do the layout when you're not busy or anything (but not too long, though ) so you can come up with great layouts.

 

Sorry for being MIA these past few weeks. It's prelim week here, so it's been pretty crazy. X__X

I just got Lamah's. Yay.

Now about the layout-- whoever wants to help out, as long as you're not too busy, please feel free to volunteer your Photoshop awesomeness. As for the concept, I'll try to come up with some sort of template/dummy as soon as I can. I'll work on the page sequencing as well.

As soon as Kang send the dummy, I can work on the similar theme too.

 

You don't have to apologise, though. Yep I think that we will have to wait for Kang to send us the dummy. So we can have similarities and the concept and the design are not too different and follow one big theme.

If you have any ideas, you can share with us. But since the grand layout theme will be made by Kang, you can discuss your ideas with Kang, so we still have some similarities in the layout designs.

Note fer everyone: As you may all know, Kyu is rather busy atm, and my spies told me that Kang eats duracell these days to function. My spies also tell me that Kang will be able to work on it again after the finals are over (sometime around October). But Kyu is imba at evading my spies, it seems. So no idea if he will be ready then

Currently, I have three finals to finish, but by next week, I'll be a normal, happy, functional fangirl again. Meaning, I finally have time for the photobook. Sorry for the delay guys!

Layout artists, heads up. I'm working on a dummy for the layout. I'm thinking something like the CD jacket designs for Hirano Aya's "Riot Girl" album. Here are some samples:



Something like that, but toned down a bit. If you guys want to push through with that concept, let me know.

Well I've seen the Aya Hirano booklet above. Don't you think those designs are too...crowded? IMO only. But if you want to go with that, that's fine with me. I agree with you to tone it down a bit. I personally like some subtle and soft, calm designs.

So...how about it?
