I was wandering through the city to find any money changer that has ￥1000 and I need 2 aka ￥2000 but they only have ￥10000 & ￥5000.

Anyone can suggest me to go to a money changer in an airport but I'm too lazy to go there. Too distant to drive by myself, don't want to spend money for the bus or the train. And if I still didn't find then I'd be fucked.

 

Currency exchange at airports anywhere around the world sucks balls.

Why do you want 1000yen bills specifically anyway? The konbinis or train ticket vending machine can break the bigger bills down easily

(then comes the other headache of too much coin yen esp 1s)

 

I'm not in Japan neither will go to Japan soon ……………………………………………………………… I just needed ￥2000 for some reason.
