I hope it doesn't turn out comedic and over the top like Hatsumori Bemars. From the look of it, it seems like a serious drama, which is good. I hope it gets a good storyline. I'm not too worried about the acting because it's their own drama. Just take it as learning experience for the members.
If the plot and script are good enough I can sit through a bad acted drama.

 

Not seeing Sugai and Socialite together gives me shivers. I imagine being something like Mariko's role in Oogoe PV >.<

And it seems like they want to win over NGT in anyway huh

 

A couple of the girls have described as a comedy/mystery, and with the "cut off his hands and legs" quote in the description it looks like they will be going for a lot of black humor.

 

Haha I don't know the difference between nerd, geek and dork so basically half the group are nerds I guess. Sounds about right

Fuyuka looks kinda yankee, Majisuka style!

 

Oh well, can't run away from comedy it seems. Certain comedy is ok for me but not the cheesy over-the-top ones. Alright, let's just see how it turns out.

 

I prefer by a lot a cheesy comedy then a "dark and over the edge" thing like Majisuka gakuen...
Seriously, i can only watch one episode of MG and then i got tired...

If anything, I'm just glad these series help Matsui Rena and Akimoto Sayaka career path after. I expect to see the same here.

Really hyped. Do drama last 20 or 40 minutes? (generally)

 

I can't find it now, but I remember a couple of weeks ago reading that the director(s) found the acting hopeless at first, but then began to see hope. And they gave specific praise to Akanen and, especially, to Suzumoto.

In her interview in the Hustle Press gravure that came out today (see her thread), Hirate was asked what kind of character she'd like to play. She said: "A cheerful girl, or a bully.... Oh! And I'd like to play a criminal or a villain. Seems like fun! But in filming and in photo sessions they're always saying 'give a cool expression' or 'be mysterious'.... I guess that's the image?"

Keyakizaka have it good, already doing a drama in their second single. Easy win. Nogizaka must do something, really. Imouto is really running fast looool

Roles
Techi- sleuth
Yuuka - serious-minded group leader
Akane - sporty group leader
Risa - delinquents leader

Character Summary
Yuuka - Basically the same as Yuuka when she is calling everyone together at events. Yuuka mentions that she has never been a class representative or anything like it, and was very happy to wear a committee members badge for the first time.
Akane - An exaggerated and slightly disagreeable version of the normal Akane.
Risa - A delinquent. Yukka says that as Risa is usually kindhearted, the gap between Risa and her character is amusing. Risa mentions that she couldn't deal with that type of personality in school, and is thinking "what a nasty character" while playing the role.

Thoughts on acting
Akane - Doing her best and staying positive and forward facing.
Risa - Couldn't act at first, and wasn't motivated, but has been steadily adapting to the role and received praise from the director for one scene.
Yuuka - Started off fully motivated and enthusiastic, but can't break out her shell and has received no praise from the director. Self-confidence is currently zero, but is still trying her best and is requesting advice from the director every time.

Also, Yuuka and Akane have apparently been watching Majisuka Gakuen as research for their roles ....
