Toriizaka46 to change their name: "Keyakizaka46"

Whoa. Rika Watanabe is really pretty.

 

I have two questions. One, has a reason been given as to why they decided on the name change? Two, does Keyakizaka mean anything? Like why did they choose that name?

They probably chose that name because Keyakizaka is a much nicer looking street, more famous, and probably much richer street than toriizaka. If you've ever seen pictures of streets in Tokyo around christmas time, you will probably recognize keyakizaka.

The prices are obscene, though. I have a friend who stayed at a 250k apartment in Roppongi. Perfect view of both Tokyo Tower and Mori Tower, though. I was so jealous.

I guess they did need to level up the fancy levels of the group. At least Keyakizaka is fancier than Nogizaka.

 

It seems Ashitaba not miss that Toriizaka?
