Wow...Miiki's thread literally the last thread in this forum... well...

Miiki won one of the 50 spots for the Young Jump Gravure Swimsuit special. Miiki caught my eye at the Janken, it seems like her legs go on for miles! Or kilometers, I guess, depending on your country of origin.

Anyway, I'm happy for her. She's on my 'girls to watch' list, especially since I don't have an NMB oshi.

 

Well, she's in the a-side for this year's janken single, so you could watch her there too.

 

She's so pretty I don't understand why she hasn't been promoted to a team? Is she a particularly bad performer or something?

 

In a word, yes. In 8 words, she also sucks at talking, dancing and singing.

 

Poor Miiki. I want to like her, but yeah, she's not really good at anything and makes it even harder when she doesn't share anything about her. She only received birthday wishes from a few members according to her blog, the same few I'd assume are the only members she seems to have any kind of a relationship with.

I did think she did a pretty good job on the KKS stage debut though, but she's probably the only true KKS and doesn't look like she'll ever do anything beyond her Janken run.

If you want to be a Miiki fan, good luck.

 

It also doesn't help that she doesn't interact much with other members and doesn't say or try anything interesting. Like, for example, when Moka was still a KKS she did her Moka Shinbun and despite the tepid reactions at first she kept on going at it (she just did her 700th issue the other day) and it at least gave her some kind of character and something for fans to latch on to. I think that's important especially for the lower members.

 

Pretty much the only interesting thing she ever did was post deer photos from I assume her family ranch (though I'll be honest, I never really figured out her link to the ranch), but she's quit Google+ and looks to have purged most of her photos, so we don't even get that anymore.

I don't know, I don't want to condemn her or anything for her lack of willingness to put herself out there, but it is different especially for a group like NMB48, which has such a wealth of personality. But if she's happy staying out of the way, performing at the theater and getting dem checks, I can't say much. It's not as if she's really dragging the group or performances down.

As for interesting stuff for Miiki, surprisingly so, she's apparently close with Jurina and got a letter from her for her birthday stage.

And even though she's always had pictures of deer on her Google+, she seems to have been making something of this deer / deer whisperer character recently, though that could be simply being aware of it now as opposed to not being aware of it before, heh.


Fans seem willing to pick up on it, there was a two shot report I read where the fan wanted to play the hunter while she played the deer. That's a rather odd request (though, I'm not sure what else you do with deer besides hunt them haha), she played along. Doubt it would make her popular or anything, but it'd give her something.

 

^the hunter deer thing is not all that odd considering Shika is one of her character because she's from Nara and her Shika pose is really cute while her Shika character is really really old(she also really love deers).
And Miikii is quietly getting really popular in the Souzou no Shijin stage but the top 4 in term of HS are still Reina,Jo,Yamarina and Chiho(this is ofc will shift greatly once they all get promoted).
btw it seem the new post disappeared(same thing occured on a lot of members blog) but it was about santa coming and putting sailor moon goods near next to her bed before she woke up.

 

Speaking of Miiki and Jurina, the birthday letter was not fabricated in case you thought it might have been.


She also got a really nice two shot with Ruririn on Kohaku, so good for her (and Rurina).

 

Rejoice ! Miikki's google+ back up and running and there's no sign of DEER pics so far.

v Really? At least on the video she was ok talking to ~Yamauchi~ Nana later on haha Anyway, I think this proves that she actually cares and that bashing her about it is quite unnecessary. Go Miikki!

 

Managers actually had to come up the stage and escort her out.

 

Miikki's confident level have been at all times high ever since she got promoted. She look so much brighter and happier .
