That's not how things work. The positions belong to the shonichi members and Nagyu has her own. The other team members will perform if a shonichi member isn't there, and she only has one (maybe two) positions learned. So, every time Zukkii isn't there it'll be Hattsu to replace her, since she's her under, while Nagyu stays in her position. Nagyu has her own under, I just don't remember who it was (they had a performance without her).
