This is about Team 8's Utada Hatsuka, she was one show where the senpai's (iirc, Takamina and one other senpai was there) are watching behind the room through a hidden camera observing her and described her as ''what a weird yet brave girl''. does anyone have an idea what show that is?

imo, I believe this is one of those episodes that made Utada Hatsuka known more by fans due to her unusual character.

Takamina graduated before Hattsu joined the group.

Unless you mean Mirai Monster, but the show is not how you describe it.

More likely Mirai Monster if it involves Takamina. But I don't think the latter half of your description match the show.
