It was a great reign while it lasted.

 

To be honest, in that episode it was more fun watching Wada than Nakamura. Wada's way of thinking is crazy, while I think Nakamura is just clueless.

But well, I don't know any better.

Wada got a lot of screentime compared to everyone else. She always kills it in variety.

 

Exactly this. I think Maaya's knowledge and way of thinking is unpredictable.
Sometimes she doesn't know the simplest things, but there are times she gives an answer or explanation that shows she's two steps ahead of the rest.
Let's take Nogieigo for example. Her English is terrible, but sometimes her logical reasoning is quite impressive.
And that's exactly what makes her so interesting imo.

Nogi's 1st Gen is dwindling. It's almost half since when they started. I am hoping that it is Maaya to turn the lights out and be the last 1st Gen to graduate! LOL! So precious. Please be around for many more years to come!

It's nice to see Maaya got a great push lately. She appeared in a lot of variety shows, Mste, and even got stage play gigs.

 

I hope her success will snowball and that many people will finally notice her versatility.

The stage play seems interesting as well, but I have a soft spot for idols holding military-grade guns anyway.

I think this'll be my second or third time stating that I dig this little surge of Maaya. I'm enjoying it so much that I hope she makes senbatsu on the next single. Yeah. it's wishful thinking but I would love to see what geniusocity Maaya would bring. She's my dark horse candidate...
