i've been meaning to commit to reading this big book that someone bought for me, and i do feel i am not a book person, but something is interesting reading an unabridged version of a classic such as Count of Monte Cristo, so i will begin to read it shortly. I also have been trying to motivate myself to read those Japanese language books in preparation for my trip as a review on my Japanese.
Recently finished SW Legacy of the Force: Fury (awesome book by the way.Any Star Wars fans here should defenitly pick up the books in the Legacy series) Right now, I've gone back to reading the first book in the New Jedi Order series; Vector Prime. I'm also reading Halo: Contact Harvest.
i've been reading random sections from my book of selected Edgar Allan Poe writings good shtuff.. then for school i've been reading biographies for Jane Austen for a 6 page report due next week. ..and of course my japanese books. Gotta study up on the kanji :mrgreen:
Eclipse by Stephenie Meyer. The third book in her Twilight series. Its sooo good.. i'm completely in LOVE.
It's been so long since i'm reading books, but here's what I'm reading right now : MANAGING ARTISTS N POP MUSIC : What Every Artist and Manager Must Know to Succeed. Well...I need to know these things to enter the world of entertainment, don't I? It's a good book, though I just read the beginning of chapter 1. Yes yes...I just began to read it. Good book, it is.

I went to Kinokuniya yesterday and bought Meg Cabot's Princess Diaries series (until 6 but there are more). I spent ALOT for the series. I want to show to pic but I don't have camera right now. After this, I want to try her "Jinx" novel. I love Cabot's works.
Finally finished reading SW The New Jedi Order: Vector Prime. Awesome book, though it has one of the saddest moments in SW history (Highlight to read spoiler): Chewbacca dies Now I'm on to the first book in the Legend of Drizzt series; Homeland. And so far its pretty good.

Ceramic Materials: Science and Engineering by C. Barry Carter and M. Grant Norton I have a quiz tomorrow and a midterm on Tuesday on this stuff - darn.
I'm gonna have my first nihongo quiz this afternoon so now I'm reading Cryptography and Network Security Principles And Practices by William Stallings. Weird huh?
Not really a serious book-reader here,, mostly magazines, paper, manga etc. and prolly research stuff and manuals etc. But my girl is, and she's still on "American Gods".

I just finished rereading The Giver. I had to read it for school in 5th grade, and now that I reread it, I wonder how my teacher let us read it, haha. Its a really good book, but it has a few parts that I probably didn't understand then, haha.
