PC means "Personal Computer" but I don't have one... [wonder]
I'm using a netbook running on Windows 7 Professional...

You know what? My netbook have two black spots, probably because the LED inside was broke but LCD outside still okay.... :^^;:
    This how it is now:

    Anyway, my netbook is...

And... I actually connected to internet not directly...
because my internal WiFi adapter got problem, and it will go blue screen if I connect using the internal...

since direct wired connection is impossible (because my router is 5m away and my cable is only 1m)
so I connected it to my phone (Samsung Galaxy Y, Android 2.3)
and tether it using USB, loading webpages via phone's WiFi....
In this picture in spoiler, you can see my white phone with its USB connected...
You can also see my wireless mouse, my black high-quality 4GB Kingmax pendrive, my purple problematic 64GB Kingston pendrive and white wire of earphone (earphone is currently using my phone's earphone connected to netbook)
Sorry for the mess (calculator, manga, watch) on my table... :hehe:

Note: I actually don't have money to buy netbook, I got this from my government because I was qualified for National Broadband Initiative programme... That's because my father's salary (and thus per-capita income) is only RM900 per month (Google converts RM900 is US$272.95 as on 8:47PM 26/03/2014 GMT+8)

It's a laptop HP Pavillion dv5 I got in 2011 year. It has inside both Windows 7 Ultimate (32 bits) and Linux Kubuntu that right now I do not remember the version. I think it was 10.10. Problem is that I could not connect my Linux partition to the Internet, so I always use the part of W7.

4GB RAM, and supposely 500GB of space, where a half is for Windows and the other one for Linux. Apart, I have a External Hard Disk Samsung G2 Portable, of 500GB where I save most of my music, videos, photos, files of University, and loads of stuff. And from those 500GB, I have actually 116GB used on only music.

The processor is AMD Phenom II N640 Dual-Core of 2.90 GHz, and my videocard is an ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4200.

Apart of this, I also have a drawing tablet, a Genius G-Pen M609X. And, since the CD-DVD reader of my laptop went damaged, I also use a portable CD-DVD player/writer, a Samsung Portable DVD Writer SE-208. I would like to know if with all those issues of regional blocks, it will be able of play Japanese DVDs. XD

I've had my netbook (that I posted earlier) for almost five years...

I thinks I need to buy a laptop (as that netbook is not bought)
This time, I want to buy a laptop that capable of playing UHD videos! :shifty:
I will make sure the HDD is 1TB in size, and supports at least USB 4.0!

Oh so this is where we show off our comps?

Mine is ASUS N46VM - i7-3610QM quad with 2.3GHz each, originally 4Gigs RAM but I bought another 4Gigs stick so it's 8 now, 750GB HDD (SSD upgrade is in the list, now waiting for the money lol) 2GB DDR3 NVIDIA GT620M.

    Running on Windows 8.1 Enterprise.

    Also A4Tech X7 R4 wireless macro mouse. I hate super-small, uncomfy mouse.

I also got a netbook not worth mentioning lol

EDIT : omg unstable net connection why is this :/

Even if it's not worth, at least mention the model name... :fear:

I only have a netbook which I extensively use it... :hehe: No notebook nor PC...
Now, I'm running low disk space but I don't have money to buy external hard disk... :(

LOL it's an ASUS EEE PC 1000hd. Celeron 1GHz single core, 1GB RAM and 120GB (or 160? can't remember) HDD.

Anyway I'm currently also low on disk space and despite having 2 portable drives (1TB and 500GBs) and 750GBs internal drive plus 120GBs in my netbook. I'd say it has nothing to do with the fact that I can't get enough spaces, but more to the fact that I'm just simply too "afraid" to delete stuffs.

Being from the 3rd world, it's still fresh in my mind how difficult it was for me to download files when I was still in middle school. I could barely download anything larger than 100MBs (for example updating AV which usually costs some 80MBs took forever that time) not to mention at that time I didn't use any download manager prog. During that time, I've never actually deleted anything I downloaded from the net just because I think I might want or need to use the files again.

Now things have changed, internet speed is much faster, but still can't change my tendency to save everything lol

hmmm... "Gt"?? I actually never heard that type of units before, is it "Giga of terrabytes"??

You have external hard drive, I wish I have one lol...

I put all stuffs into only one hard drive... because I only have one...

For 48-stuff... I put all 48 groups' videos into "AKB48" video folder no matter it's MV or performance videos of AKB48 themselves or sister groups and the size is (only):
    upload_2014-5-19_1-30-58.png

For songs... I rarely download songs into my net book because I don't play it much... I usually directly download into my smart phone, but when I download on net book, it's usually because I haven't free up space on my phone yet (but I didn't delete after transfer into phone because sometimes the songs broken in transferring), and I only download 48G-related songs, so this folder "music" only contains 48G songs:
    upload_2014-5-19_1-35-9.png

For pictures (magazine scans etc.) I didn't make a folder specific for AKB48 / 48G yet because I will put into folders based on months... Things downloaded this month will be inside "2014 - 05" folder no matter it's 48G-related or not... So, I didn't count pictures into this measurement.

EDIT: I forgot to write... I've uninstalled Steam and non-playable DotA2 to free up my space... (I can access menu in DotA2 but the screenplay is heavily lagged, so I don't want to waste my space for game that I can't play)

Other people (and me too) will usually leave it as is (no matter what text, screenshot or video details), but you did try to change into English by adding that "free" text .. good job! :flower:

    Quoting my old post

Now, I presents my new laptop (finally after 3 years of wanting a laptop!)
I'm now running Acer Aspire E5-471G on Windows 8.1 Single language

I'm find it quite difficult at first to use Windows 8.1 (lol) but now I'm getting used to it... but I hope upcoming Windows is better... I can't find some windows-related tools that I previously used, and Windows games I previously played on Windows 7 on this Windows 8.1...
    Images:
First time running it (last month): installed my favourite (stopped developing) RealPlayer Mini, and played the old 240p video from my netbook on this HD laptop... Luckily I made my subtitle in softsub format lol...
    upload_2014-9-4_22-7-19.png
The video I played is AKB48 - "Shonichi", the screenshot is here in its original stored resolution (240p):

The screenshot while subtitle was turned off is here:

First run is done using method from this website:

Second run is using an external program retrieved via this website:

    Connection:
(At home in Sungai Petani, Kedah)
    • WiFi (Streamyx) 1Mbps package, unlimited quota, download rate is usually 150KB/s to 200KB/s, very stable
    • Mobile internet (Maxis 3G - Mobile Plans) 1GB quota 1-day package, download reasonably stable and usually between 100KB/s to 500KB/s, most of times is 150KB/s, but the package is expensive and usually purchased only when my WiFi goes loco...
(At university in Arau, Perlis - most of time)
    • Mobile internet (Maxis 3G - Mobile Plans) 100MB quota 1-day package or 1GB quota 1-week package depends on situation, download unstable and usually between 5KB/s to maximum 300KB/s but most of the times is 15KB/s
    • Mobile Internet (Maxis 3G - Free Mobile Internet) When not purchasing any plans, I still can access internet without charge, but download is only 10KB/s maximum, unstable too
    • Mobile internet (Celom 3G) - newly purchased - 1.5GB quota 1-month package, download rate is usually 100KB/s to 400KB/s, I did something so that I can still use it in maximum speed even after used up quota, stable unless maintenance
    • WiFi (University provided) last time I used it, transfer is 100KB/s, rarely used because it has limit to 20 users even though there's more than 200 people residing here
During making the placard for the International FAN ver. video, I'm still using the Maxis 3G internet, the reason why it's late to fully upload my (small-sized but 720p HD) video into email attachment... And download is also slow, and despite having slow connections, a lot of university thing need to use internet, so yeah, this is screenshot of me downloading university stuffs using IDM:

But now, I'm using a better internet Celcom 3G... webpages load faster, but still... I'm stuck and lagging (buffering) at playing HD videos at YouTube and other sites like Crunchyroll lol... However, downloading in IDM improves a lot:
