I found this cool website with a system to find your favourite Nogizaka members. http://nogizaka46-dc.com/sort/ There are always 2 members to choose from. You click on the member you liked more and the next comparison starts. I think the button below the 2 members is both-members-button. At the end of your quiz you get a list of members. If you can't speak Japanese just copy the name and paste it in Google Pictures. Maybe you already know your favourite members, but this will be also sorted in order and who knows maybe you will be surprised. You can share your result and maybe share, if you got something unexpected. Have fun. By the way this was really difficult. A lot of graduated members are not included. I think Nananmin is the only one.It also has 3rd gens in it.
