The only clue for me is the eyebrows but IMO she does look like Yukina.

She mostly talks about her idol career and her commuting between Nagoya and Tokyo for her dental studies. Most of her fellow students were younger and aware of her as a member of SKE48 which she says put a 'wall' between them and her. Since her qualification in February she's been mostly working as a dental assistant but more recently she's been doing more in the way of main dental work. She plans to use social media to make people more aware of the importance of healthy teeth.

After over a year of inactivity on her YouTube channel, Yukina has relaunched it with a new name 'Tokyo Medical Girls' which she's now running jointly with a doctor called Hayashi Ayaka who was a finalist at last year's Miss World Japan:

According to Nikkan Sports, Yukina has been selected as a member of the Japanese women's national table football team:

It says that she'll now represent Japan at the World Championships to be held in the UK in September (21st and 22nd). Google translation of her comments:
