Isn't it weird that we have seen plenty of preview pics of other member photobooks but Yoda?

 

the only thing that was strange was the 1 month delay...Yoda pb suppose to be the 1st one (ahead of Maichun, Wakatsuki, Sayuringo, Miona, Pechan and Neru)....now she is the last one to release her pb.

To the fans of Yoda, I have questions to ask. I didn't follow the growth of 3rd gen (except the original top 3). What made her rise to popularity in such a short amount of time?
Is it because she has similar charm as Nishino? ( I didn't follow Nishino's growth either)

It's crazy to think that she has achieved what most of the members could: center, photobook, heroine role in a drama, etc

 

I don't oshi Yoda, but I am a big fan of 3rd Gen. I've been following them since their audition SHOWROOM days. Even then she was a favorite. I believe she battled with Yamashita and Kubo for top ranking at that time. So she's been popular since their introduction.

I think she's very much like Nanase in that her popularity comes from the fandom. I'm not saying the top 3rd Gens don't have fans, but they achieve their renown in slightly different ways: Ozono as management favorite, Kubo as an all around good girl, Yamashita as the quirky beauty. Yoda's comes from the fandom straight pushing her. It also helps that she's so dang small and cute, kawaii, that she would appeal to fans.

I believe management linked them together because they don't want to sleep on Yoda's popularity like they did with Nanase. They started their push earlier for Yoda, because the need for the next aces.
