I think that's supposed to be "好きになっちゃう" + "ちゃいな" i.e. I came to like it (against my will/unintentionally) + China.

I don't know why Google insists on interpreting final -な as a negative.

 

Bing translate does the same here, to their defense: 'against my will' is a negative (bing translates it as 'that's not good') the context where it is said and the eye wink makes it to opposite.

 

^ On another Android device Google translates it as '' like it... I have to ''. Weird!

There's also an article about the photo in Entame Next where the first paragraph translates : '' NMB48 Sumimi Yokono updated Her Instagram on Tuesday, 26. "I like it... I'm not sure," she said, revealing her figure in a Chinese dress.''
