Bokutachi definitely.
I love the MV's that are practically short films. My list:
Mae Shika Mukanee Full ver. (almost an apolcalyptic short film)
Love Trip (not really movie like, but an amazing video)
Kibou ni Tsuite (loved how it kind of paralleled the anime)
Sekai ga Naiteru Nara (not actualy an AKB song, but it has a great MV)
Kimi wa Melody (the whole "passing down" aspect was great)
Flying Get Full ver. (no explanation needed on this one)
Tsubasa wa iranai (loved the old fashioned atmosphere)
and many more...(can't think of them all)

 

I have no dobt, KondoKoso Ecstasy is my fav MV and I never get bored to watch it more and more. Sayonara Crawl is nice to and I watching it a lot. UZA too.

Of I list:
1. KondoKoso Ecstasy
Addict to club-theme, colorful dress, sexy dance, and so many my fave members in this song.
2. Sayonara Crawl
Happy MV, bikini in pool, and siblings-theme made my day becomes colorful.
3. UZA
I like the dance, gothic-theme too.
4. Bagutte Iijan (HKT48)
Funny, but motivating.
5. Green Flash
I love to see crying Saku in this MV. She's look cute even with the tears.
6. Heavy Rotation
MV that made me like the group.

I can't say I hate typical of story MV, but I don't want to watch them more than 1 time.

Maybe this' my least fav:
1. Bokutachi wa Tatakawanai
No point to watch this MV more than once. Meh everything even I like the song.
2. Tsubasa wa Iranai
I can't even watch the full MV. Even just watching short MV made me snoze.
3. Chance no Junban
Oh, come on management! Even the center isn't your fave girl, you shouldn't just cut the budget for MV.
4. So Long
Just like an amateur fanmade video.
