JKT48 2nd Generation Recruitment is Opened

JKT48 is opening registration for you who are willing to audition to be a kenkyuusei (trainee) of JKT48's 2nd Gen!

Registration Schedule:
August 13th, 2012 (Monday) 12:00 - August 31st, 2012 (Friday) 23:59

Participant's Criterias:
1. Must be 13 - 18 years old
* Participant who is under 17 y/o must submit a permission letter from their parent and a fotocopy of birth certificate
* Participant who is above 17 y/o must submit a fotocopy of Identification Card/Passport (foreign nationality)

2. Residing in Indonesia and willing to be actively working in Jakarta. (If the participant from out of Jakarta choosen, the priority will still be given to those who are residing/willing to active in Jakarta)

3. Is not obliged into any professional contract (Agency/Product).

Things that need to be included in email:

- Registration form that has been filled
- Latest photo (maximum since the last month) of half-body portrait, hairs tied backwards for those who possess a long hair, must not wear any contact lens (1 piece.
- Latest photo (maximum since the last month) of full body portrait, front look (1 piece). *Each photo has a maximum limit of 500 KB.*
- Give the photo a name according to what has been filled in audition form.
- For those who are under 17 y/o: permission letter and birth certificate (in digital)
- For those who are above 17 y/o: Identification card (in digital)
- For foreign nationals, must include the scan of passport.

* Fill the form, print and scan the filled form.
* Include the audition form, Identity card/Passport, permission issue from parent and birth certificate (for those who are under 17 y/o), photo of half-body portrait and full in email.

About The Registration

Participant who got accepted in first phase will be contacted through phone by JKT48 Operation Team. Please include the accessable phone number.
Transportation and accomodation fee until last phase will be held by participant.
Until the end of audition process, participant won't be charged for any cost.
Must submit all registration criterias that have been mentioned (look at "Things that need to be included in email" part).

Well, they started since September 2011 and until the audition ended up, it got to be on somewhere in September as well, so it still makes sense I myself got a friend in Jakarta who're going to apply for the audition, so if there's anything happen I'll try update it here

and then repeating my opinion about the 2nd gen in general thread

I hope there won't be the same problem with 2nd gen as Team 4 does. Considering the popularity of JKT48 in Indonesia right now, it's still possible that there'll be some people who wants to be in just so she can be popular while ignoring the important aspect of teamwork. But let's just hope for the best now

^well i think its inevitable, if we looking at their popularity growth.. of course among those who register for the audition, there are people who just want to be popular instantly.. well i believe akiP eyes never wrong, he will know who deserve to be in, and who should get a kick in the ass

^ true, can't agree more. and not to forget these girls are going into kenkyusei, and they won't be going straight performing everywhere outside the theatre. even some members in AKB could take up to more than a year just to be promoted into a team, remember. So yeah...

Look at that banner on the sidewalk . Maan, this is really brings back memories to almost a year ago when they first announced . Almost like everybody I've known dismissed the possibility of them going to get big in Indonesia and starts to insult them

Same goes to my friends also, they were like being so negative, saying things like "wth is this" or "lol, they are no better than the other gb or bb in indo, still look sh*t to me" and stuffs. Well, I was actually the only one in the class (I'm still a HS student, btw) who is interested in Japanese stuffs and things like that, so most of my friend had no idea about Akb48 before, just me So I couldn't be bother to tell them about akb48, because their just crazy about kpop stuff, where I don't really care whatsoever
I think they are finally conviced now to how well jkt has becoming compare to what they been predicted.

i completely agree with documentary style.i hope this 2nd generation audition will show after the audition finished,so no more "sms support" and the content just like jkt48 audition clip in youtube

Documentary? sounds legit However, say they would only make this for a documentary, RCTI banners wouldn't be in those photo I think. So it would pretty much be shown on TV with live broadcast (which I think not that bad, but not that good also ) or hopefully like what Zulvkr just said, shown after the audition finish.

RCTI's Studio 8. And although they couldn't stop people from watching, they urged those who were there not to tell anyone else that the audition was held yesterday (oops) I am not sure if there was any schedule today, but those photos were taken from yesterday, I believe. I myself have got a friend going to the studio yesterday and got a couple of pictures of the audition from outside of the studio
