Donworii (藤桜梨) is a special Nogizaka46 unit created for the song Kumo ni Nareba ii, a coupling song from Nogizaka46's 20th single Synchronicity.
The name for the unit comes from the combination of flower kanji in each member's name. Eto's "藤 (Wisteria)", Sakurai's "桜 (Sakura)", and Erika's "梨 (Japanese Pear)". The reading is "Donworii (ドンウォーリー)" or "Don't Worry".
