- She was a former child actress along with her older sister Renri. She used the name Yuiri written in Hiragana. She appeared in the NHK TV Series Hitomi, and was also a catalog model for Canon printers.
- She, Murayama Yuiri, and Ichikawa Miori went hiking in June 2015 for an AKB48 Tabisho Shoujo episode called ""Mountain Climbing Trip of Former Child Actors". The three members had all been child actors in the past.
- She considers herself a bad loser.
- While she was a Kenkyuusei she often did daily abdominal workouts, but as of 2020 she confesses she cannot do them any longer.
- She has consistently prioritized her theater performances over other events, including the Senbatsu Election. She decided to not take part in the Senbatsu Election any longer once members were allowed to abstain. Because of that, members and fans sometimes call her the "Theater Goddess" ("Theater no Megami").
- From 2014 to 2017, she ranked first for most theater performances out of any AKB48 member.

- On September 24th, passed the auditions for AKB48's 13th Generation.
- On December 8th, during the 6th Year Anniversary Commemorative Performance, had her theater debut with the other members of the 13th Generation for Aitakatta.
2012
- On May 8th, passed the 6th Kenkyuusei Selection.
2013
- On August 24th, on the third day of the Tokyo concert for the AKB48 5 Big Dome Concert Tour, was promoted to Minegishi Team 4.
- On November 3rd, was part of the Shonichi performance of Team 4's Te wo Tsuginagara stage.
2014
- On February 24th, during the AKB48 Group Daisokaku Matsuri, stayed in Minegishi Team 4.
- On April 24th, was part of the Shonichi performance of Team 4's Idol no Yoake stage.
2015
