  • Amina is reported to have been a very big fan of AKB48 prior to auditioning and would regularly line up with other fans for theater shows.
  • She started her career as a dancer for Maimu Pro back in 2000.
  • In 2008, all her fellow 4th gen members were getting media time while she was left out. To increase her exposure she decided to learn the current A, K, and B stages all by herself in her free time.
  • The fifth among the 4th Generation Research Students to debut. She was promoted to Team A on 15 April 2008.
  • Originally from Team A, was moved into Team B in 2009.
  • The only three single A-sides on which Amina appeared are all Sousenkyou Senbatsu Single.
  • During the 13th Single Senbatsu Sousenkyo "Kamisama ni Chikatte Gachi Desu" Amina placed 8th with 2,117 votes, the highest rank achieve yet by a former Research Student. She appeared on Iiwake Maybe.
  • During the 17th Single Senbatsu Sousenkyo "Kaasan ni Chikatte, Gachi Desu" Amina placed 18th with 6921 votes and appeared on Heavy Rotation.
  • At the 19th Single Janken Senbatsu Tournament Amina was beaten by Takajo Aki at the preliminary round.
  • On 10th of January 2011 she attended “Coming of Age Day” with Miyazawa Sae, Sato Natsuki, Katayama Haruka, Nakata Chisato, Matsubara Natsumi and Matsui Sakiko.
  • She was part of Team YJ7 in AKB48 Jinbocho Gokokuji Taisen.
  • She teamed up with Sato Natsuki as Team Moon for the play titled "DUMP SHOW".
  • During the recently concluded AKB48 22nd Single Senbatsu Sousenkyo "Kotoshi mo Gachi Desu" she once again achieve 18th place with 16,574 votes and appeared on Flying Get, the single that gave AKB48 the prized Japan Record Award.
  • At the 24th Single Janken Senbatsu Tournament she reach the 3rd round after beating Takeuchi Mai of Team E then bowed out to Yamauchi Suzuran of Team 4

  • She created a dirty joke personality on the radio by coining the nickname Yuppai for Masuda Yuka and by revealing what kind of underwear Sashihara Rino and Umeda Ayaka were wearing at AKB setlist 2012.
  • Writes her blog unconventionally by not using small characters. [For example, さんきゅう(sankyuu) would become さんきゆう(sankiyuu)]
  • She will be the Seiyuu of Ichijo Yuka of the up and coming anime AKB0048.
