初めての星
みんなで見ていた
いつか誰かから
聞かされた星

長い長い道のりだった
この場所に来るまで
自分が目指してたものは
幻かと思った
だけど不思議なことに
苦しくはなかったよ
空を見上げ歩くってこと
嫌いじゃなかったんだ

何で私たちは信じたのか？
いつまでも見えないその存在を
この世界のどこかに
奇跡　探していた

初めての星
ここから見えるよ
思ってたよりも
眩(まぶ)しかったね
厚い雲に覆われてたり
雨が降ってて隠れていた
でも　あきらめなければ必ず
チャンスはあるってことさ

舗装されてない道のように
楽じゃなかった今日まで
簡単にできないことが
可能性だと思い込んだ
何度も怒られていたのに
わくわくするのはなぜだ？
昨日よりも少し近づく
夢を想像していた

汗をそうどれくらい流したでしょう？
涙だって結構流したはず
その場所から広がる
未来の青写真

初めての星
いつしか気づいた
目指してた夢は
すぐそばにある
磨き合った私たちが
光を得て星になった
そう　努力はつらいものじゃない
好きだからこそできるんだ

We were all looking
at the first star,
the star that someone will tell us about someday

It was a long, long journey
until we got here
We thought that what we aimed for
was just an illusion

There was no pain
in such a wondrous thing
Walking and looking at the sky
wasn't at all unpleasant

Why did we believe
in an existence we could never see?
We were searching for a miracle
somewhere in this world

From here we can see the first star
It was more brilliant than we ever dreamed
Covered by thick clouds,
it was hidden by the falling rain
and yet if we don't give up, certainly
the chance will come

Like an unpaved road,
there was no comfort before today
We were convinced that it was something
we could not do easily

Why did we grow nervous, although
we were scolded time and time again?
We were imagining a dream that grew
just slightly closer than yesterday

How much did we sweat?
We must have shed even so many tears
The blueprints of the future
spread out from that place

We noticed the first star before we knew it
The dreams at which we aimed are right by it
Having quarreled, we
won light and became stars,
and so effort is not something harsh
You can do it for sure because you love

Please try doing what you want to do
You can turn to reality the dreams
that you yearned for and lost yourself in

From here we can see the first star
