    although more interesting if they include Yuki/Nyan/Rena or maybe Miichan, but mgmnt have priority to push young member.
    I think they choose Takamina/Sasshi because they very good at variety show like this/talkative member, maybe 48G very quiet without them lol.

    Variety = reaction & variety skill

    So members who are athletic & tend to be popular with viewers on variety shows.
    [...even though Paruru & Mayuyu & Sasshi aren't very athletic...]

    Not very abstract ideas in 48G world

    I am looking forward to seeing the genki and athletic girls like Jurina, Dasu, Milky, Maiyan and Ricchan!
    Personally, I think the whole "unchi" thing is so played out, for example that one Nogi variety show episode when everyone was going out of their way to be helpless and useless was unbearable to watch for me :fp:
    So I'll be rooting for these members and hoping maybe they kick some *ss

    Team green looks pretty strong. Its got the HKT girls, Nippon Elekitel Rengo and Kaba-san.

    My biggest hope is that Sakura is in the relay so we can watch her run like an Evangelion for a whole lap!

    Since Airin's graduation stage just finished when this started, and it was 5AM here, i wasn't able to see it live :^^;:
    I found fresh seeing them at a not 48/46 related program, that it was so much interesting.
    -Making Sasshi the anchor for the relay race was a BAD idea IMO
    -That member of the green team is Yamada Nana's little brother?

    Oh my goodness. I had a huge crush on Kimutaku when I was Jurina's age, so I'm thrilled she was on his team...living vicariously through my oshimen. :awesome: I was a little worried for her during the hamster ball game since we all know she doesn't have the strongest constitution! Loved that dance battle though.

    Nogizaka didn't say anything and only appear on screen for split seconds, but at least they got the money haha. That NMB vs SKE during the tug of war and relay race is awesome. Props to Haruppi for making a joke about another entertainer who's older than her [hehe]

    I enjoy the show, all 48/46 girls just briefly appeared but most of the guests dont have much screentime either since it's a sport show. And did anyone notice Choo daddy? [hehe]

    Wow the tug of war was pretty epic. Akiyama was monstrous. Too bad the rest of green team wasn't that stronk(I'm looking at you Sasshi xD).

    It's so nice to watch programs like this!
    Very refreshing to see our girls interact with other stars from the same industry.

    Sports Festivals are always fun!
    Jurina is as competitive as ever~
    Kinda cute to see Nogi girls dance to KFC.

    Kinda OT but I only knew Nakai from SMAP and the others by face only.
    Now I can put names to the rest of them.
    Kimura was a cool leader. Glad SKE was on his team,,
    Nakai Team was the fun team! no doubt about that [hehe]
    Too bad for Katori though,,

    @Chimai Sayanee fell during the big ball rolling challenge during Team Kusanagi's turn

    I think it's really cool to see how important & unimportant the 48G are in the larger scale of JP pop culture. Like, the fanbase there were largely SMAP & other Johnny's fans ; D I can also never get over the boy band, Kiss My Foot2; it's such a slap in the face LOL.

    Other fun thing is...AKB/48G & the Johnny'sJrs REALLY stand out amongst the owarai, tarento, and athletes [?] AKB/48G & Johnny'sJrs do cull some really attractive people :D
