Not that I know of, some performances you aren’t allowed to record any footage (I’m pretty sure), but there have been pictures and press photos posted, just search on Twitter or just on the internet in general lol.

Sorry for my english, its not perfect.

I'm happy that everyone said that 2nd anniversary live was amazing and really emotional.
A lots of people (blog and press) said that Sugai was the most impressive girl and her performance in fukyouwaon was apparently amazing.
I love her from the start of Keyakizaka, im really happy for her and for the group to have a great captain like her.

I hope we will have 1 or 2 special episode of keyakitte kakenai about this live.

They aren't, unless under certain conditions. In the last few years, at least for some AKB48 performances, there is a designated time for fans to take pictures or shoot videos.

Kinda late in the fan footage talk, but that is of my interest. What about the open air festivals, like Rock In Japan last summer, for example, is fancam not allowed in these either?

 

You can bring your camera, cell phone to the festival like Rock In Japan, but prohibited to shoot/record the performers when they performing, so fancams are not allowed.

Wow that's pretty... unbelievable tbh, I, at least, can't even conceive ways to policy such rules, given the size of the whole thing. Now I wonder if this is a Japan thing only or it happens in other Asian countries. Thanks for the answer anyway
