She's her kami-oshi and Hijirin is her 1.5-oshi.

Well, to be honest, Serika already had a position similar to Hii's. They become close since last year's Sousenkyo and Mizugi Surprise. Some people think that she doesn't have many friends, but that's not true, even Hii said that herself. The 1st gen Tohokus, Shiorin, Ayane, Pyon, Hama, Ruka, even Ikumin, Kossan, Ranrii, Yuiyui, Nanase or Odaeri. Yuiyui used to be crazy about her in the early years, but then she "met" Odaeri and Nanase. You don't see her hanging out with Naru, but everytime they're together they have cute interactions and Naru is always calling her "cute" or "ore no Nagisa". You can't be best friends with your oshimen; Karin was Nagyu's eito oshimen and you didn't see them together that much. It also depends on how much you work with certain members. In a way, she's a bit similar to Mayuyu, but a bit better... probably. Outside Team 8 she has a strong friendship with Moekyun and Hiwatan, but also with a few other girls.

No.

The only theme of those Nemousu episodes was a contest to win a gravure shot, but a lot of other stuff happened there too and the Zenkoku Tour DVD/blu-ray has two discs with that trip to Guam (although you can also buy it separately). It contains other shootings they have made, eating, shopping, having fun and so on. It also has individual videos for each one of them: a date on the beach and before going to bed without makeup (Gyoten cough cough). Remember that after Hijirin won she went shopping with the Tohokus? Nagyu was hanging out with Hii there instead.
