It's the end of an era for NMB48. Now it's time to move on to the next, one without Sayanee...

 

I guess my favorite thing about Sayaka is how genuine she comes across. When I went to go see her for a HS event, in the short amount of time that you get to talk to her, she's actively listening to you and gives you a response that just makes you feel all warm and fuzzy inside (or that could just be the oshi bias).

 

Sayaka, on top of being a good singer and dancer, is well known for having a very good memory so she would engage with her fans on a personal level rather than treating them as yet another faceless set of hands on the conveyor belt.

 

I saw her at my first HS event, so my expectations were lower back then, but the fact that she remembered something I said 5 seconds prior was impressive to me lol

 

Let's switch from Sayanee (Yamamoto Sayaka) to Ayanee (Yamamoto Ayaka) from now on

 

Sayanee, for me, is like the actual supergirl of idols.
Great Singer
Great Dancer
Great in making people laugh
Has a good enough figure to attract boy fans
Pretty
Cool enough to attract girl fans (IMO)

 

I knew Sayaka as a gravure model first, then as a solo artist, and her time with NMB48 and AKB48 came last. She is wonderful in each of these roles.

 

I like how Todokanasou de todoku mono, coupling song from boku no eureka, has become the defacto kks song, 6th gen and draft 3 song, and still features sayanee-san voicing the Ganbare! At the end.
