That's actually ridiculous. I'd been playing with the thought of getting some of their music one day because it's the only international sister group I listen to, but I guess not then lol.
There’s actually a community of English speaking BNK fans on Twitter. Some of them help out in purchasing goods for foreigners free-of-charge (but you need to pay for the product, shipping and Paypal transfer fees of course). You can DM me and I’ll give you their Twitter handle. Alternatively, there’s quite a few Facebook shops that are reliable and ships overseas. They usually carry several BNK goods, eg. CDs, photo sets, photo books, etc. I haven’t tried this myself but I’ve seen a few foreigners having good reviews on these. I can try and find some if you are interested (also, DM me for this).
I have actually managed to buy photos from BNK Festival from a fan on Twitter, and they weren't primarily English speaking. I also took part in a voting project for Kaimook and had great interactions, in English, with her fan group. I've found that nearly all BNK fans I've encountered have been very helpful and friendly, so don't be afraid to approach them and ask. That being said, if @Wade & Wander could share the English speaking fans Twitter handle I would love to get in contact with them. I crave more goods!
My uncle has a house in Thailand (the ground belongs to 51% to his ex wife but alas) so I have someone there if I wanted to buy it, but it's still tedious. Thank you though.
I can actually help you out if you truly need it. As I don't think I can utilize the 2-shot code anyways (as I don't plan to go to Thailand for the event. I want 2nd album since I don't buy any single between them (except the 3rd and 4th single as I tried to resales the handshake tickets, which is now not worth it as codes are now digital via BNK48 app.)) Also, if you want to do the 2-shot, you will also have to load BNK48 app and register for member (it's free though, just need email address). Since every single single/album related tickets will be serial numbers to attached with app. I'm sure there is gift system in case that person can't go to event for whatever reason, but I never done it personally. Just read up on Facebook. P.S. I'm Thai, but live in NYC right now.
Sure, I'll DM you the Twitter handle because I'm not sure if they'd want their Twitter handle to be posted in a public forum for everyone, but I know they're happy to help out if you get in touch with them.
Don't know if I should combine this with the previous post or not since it's been over 24 hours and not related to the post above, but anyways... THE COVER FOR JABAJA IS OUT! AND THE LOOK READY TO GO TO A 4TH OF JULY AFTERPARTY! PS. Not enough stripes imo
Kind of love their outfits(at least more than AKB one, lol) And official start posting poster promote Jabaja premier event called "EVERYBODY SAYS JABAJA AT ICONSIAM" on 5 Jul
Jabaja dance position. Tarwaan, Gygee, Jane, Bamboo, Namnueng Pun, Jennis, Music, Kaew Noey, Kaimook, Mobile, Cherprang, Orn Pupe, Fond Reborn Pakwan, Korn ,Nine, Natherrine, Namsai, Miori Myyu ,Piam, Jaa, Satchan, Jib, Faii Wee, Minmin, Mewnich, Izurina, New, Phukkhom, June
if the video does not show watch the video here Live version (watch the whole clip!) I think the dance moves are simpler than Beginner, so the first performance is pretty good. The song seems to have a deep theme with all the different settings ... can someone explain?
Basically, the costumes (they also use regional fabrics), the dance, other stuff are referenced from the 4 regions in Thailand. Music, Orn, Bamboo - North Cherprang, Mobile, Gygee, Jane - South Kaew, Noey, Namnueng - Northeast Pun, Jennis, Kaimook, Tarwaan - Central
Live performance of Reborn(No lagging). Seem like Izurina's shoe are off. if the video does not show watch the video here Jabaja if the video does not show watch the video here ============================================ and Pupe is very cute boy
They also play Thai tradition games for children. At least in the northeastern and central group. I think it's a link to BNK Sport Day which they will compete in these Thai traditional games/sports. The MV is good and fun. I like all the solo shots though some scene could use more lighting. Also wish they would have more senbatsu costume dance shots in it.
Yes, they play the traditional games and the other 2 groups have the traditional, local dance. I agree that the solo shots are really nice here. You can really see each member solo shots multiple times which is great (especially if your favourite is not the front members). Overall, I really like the song and the music video!
Very interesting take on the song. BTW, Don't you wish there is a dance MV for Jabaja. Saw this live mini concert clip and I just thought it's such a fun song to dance to for the girls. The current MV is good but after couple of viewing I think it can benefit a lot more from the colorful costume and fun choreography. For me the last min is the highlight of the MV. if the video does not show watch the video here
Totally agree that more dance in the MV would be fantastic! Btw, that channel is really good if you like watching good quality fan cam. They have full stage videos for both Jajaja and Reborn. You definitely should check them out.
