well, looks like management decided to make those concerts a Senbatsu+Rikopi, Piichan, Natsumikan event with the other members as fillers over the dates. I wonder if it's because they overextended themselves with tour dates or because they figured the other members weren't worth the money for the hotel rooms? perhaps it also means they will only send some members to Hong Kong and Taiwan.

It's the worst thing they've ever done so far, by using different lineups for each concert.
Are they out of their mind?
Making this a senbatsu tour, that's so annoying...

They even felt like precising Fuchigami Mai was in for the Iwate concert ONLY because Kanon has better things to do.

It's not like non-senbatsu will get much screentime/attention anyway but still..

 

So much for HKT management is giving opportunities to everyone and that's what sets HKT apart from the other groups.

I was thinking about going to the Fukuoka one, but if there is a good chance Murashige won't even be there then what would be the point...

i have a question, does someone know what capacity those venue are? Maybe because they are very small, they chose to do a senbatsu only line up?

Makuhari and Kyushu tour had everyone, so i don't really know why they would exclude people except of the small venue reason.

I hope Taiwanese and Hong Kong date are full line up, otherwise foreign asian fans won't live the full experience and might get disappointed.

 

The only one I could find was the first venue and it has 1,707 seats. Not huge but a lot bigger than Saga Shimin Kaikan at which they performing during their Kyushu tour since that has only 1000 seats.

I don't think venue size is the reason. Maybe just cutting travel and hotel costs.

 

I don't really buy that excuse. They pay travel and lodging expenses for members like Murashige and BOSS every time they go out for a stage, and I'm sure that makes them nothing compared to a concert.

 

When i thought of it twice, Taiwan and HK fans will be happy enough to only see HKT48 so i don't see them complain about not having the full line-up

As discothèque said maybe management doesn't bring the previous heavy production of the Kyushu tour and is trying to turn it like a team tour, like the Zenkoku tour?

btw, the members knew that they wouldn't all be at all concert a while before the announcement. Yukachan made a comment on her g+ on the first of this month saying "I hope we all get to go on the National Tour". I didn't know what she meant at the time but now it's clear.
but what's worse is that there's this g+ post from Maichan from yesterday, here's the relevant part:

so fans told her they were looking forward to seeing her at certain concerts, but she wasn't allowed to tell them she wouldn't be there and was forced to lie? come on, that's f**ed up...

 

^wasn't there something similar with Akiyoshi having to lie to fans an HS about 4th single when she already knew she wasn't in?

But it is obvious in any job that you CAN'T start spreading information before it is out officially.
